Spark by Hilton Williamsburg Historic Area

I was very excited to save this hotel because it was a newer one in the area and I do love Hilton Hilton have a place in my heart. I did however, open the blinds and as I looked up, I did see a bug and I did fill it and then there were a couple more dead ones on the I was a little worried this was in room 423 and didn’t wanna follow a formal complaint, but as I’m sitting here, very concerned about things I might have to overall the day was good kind of weird as the windows open and face playground, which I don’t know if anyone’s coming for a romantic getaway is there anything like that or you know a couple weekends not the best location I steal for a window air-conditioning wasn’t problem and could never get my safe open when I went to check out staff was very polite, but took him a little while to get there

Attentive staff and clean facilities

The beds were very uncomfortable they were lumpy and the pillows were also Lumpy. Didn't get a good night's sleep my back is killing me and the staff could have been a lot nicer

The breakfast was not sufficient enough and the pillows were terrible other than that everything else was acceptable

Cleanliness & Housekeeping: The bed covering and sheets looked used. There was a stain on the bed covering which I was able to remove with a washcloth. I asked for a replacement but never received it. There was no toilet paper. The cleaning staff did not replace used towels. Cleanliness is our top priority so I probably wouldn't stay here again.

This was our second stay in a Spark by Hilton and although not luxury this hotel was simple, modern, and clean. We did not get to use the pool or fitness center this time, but the other amenities were just fine for our needs. The staff was friendly and rooms clean upon check-in.

Very clean and comfortable room. Saltwater pool. Comfortable beds. Enjoyed our stay.

Overall location was great staff friendly and polite. Upon checking I was given key card and off I went not knowing what direction to find elevator or rooms. Would like to see staff guide guests when checking in. Maybe oversight but should be part of standard check-in procedures. Aside from this minor issue I would definitely stay here again.

Updated The ac unit cut off on middle of night then resumed all thru the night /on-off-on-off They think they are acing energy but setting it and leaving it is better.

Great spot to stay for our trip to Williamsburg, Yorktown, and Jamestown. No complaints....everything was clean and beds were comfortable. Would definitely come back for future stays.

Comfortable and convenient to the historic area.

We had a great stay. The property is very well maintained. The room was very clean and cute. The bed was nice and comfy. Check in was a breeze and the young lady at the front desk was so kind and friendly. The breakfast hostess was equally wonderful and the breakfast was good. Wonderful stay and would highly recommend!
