Club Wyndham Kingsgate

Amazing place. We loved the spacious rooms and the kids loved the pool and gaming areas. The staff from the guard, to the front desk to the Concierge were all so friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again in the future.

I recently stayed and had 2 rooms under my reservation. One of my rooms bathroom had no hot water and my toilet didnt work despite my many attempts to contact someone nothing was fixed. My balcony door was locked i also mentioned that so I had no access to my balcony. I stayed a week and none of my issues was addressed nor fixed.

Loved the included amenities like the mini golf, multiple outdoor pools, and multiple arcade rooms with tons of games. My kids were so happy to be there, which makes my life easier!

The apartment was great atmosphere wonderful staff friendly The only issue I have is I have a 45.00 dollar charge on my card but I didn’t purchase anything on site which confuses me

The property is very well maintained and stocked with all our needs! Everything is all inclusive meaning we don’t have to leave the resort and we live that! Some activities were cancelled or rescheduled unannounced and the family above us had so many children that were running and jumping and often sounded like they were coming through the floor. Maybe larger families with many children should be on the bottom floors…

I left my watch and family personal camera I was gonna go back after 30 minutes they said they’re gonna not found it and I’m 100% sure I don’t know so be careful with your stuff. You will never get it back at this place, even if it’s petty.

Keep in mind, we were only for short period of time for family reunion with ONLY less than 1 day we can spend with each other... We were tricked into signing up for presentation at check-in which takes place on the only day we can overlap & spend time with family coming from NY & SC, our hotel room check-out was also during our presentation... Room is showing its age, from water stain in the kitchen area, dust everywhere (which is not conducive to our allergies), bathroom door not locking, paper thin wall, which I can hear every late night conversation from next door room when trying to sleep after a long day of activities. AMENITIES; We were not able to enjoy amenities due to overcrowding & staff feeling overwhelmed. It was only one person trying to do everything for a ton of people. Definitely under staffed. We have a pool, we know cloudy water when we see one. It was a mess around the pool area with people constantly diving from all directions with no lifeguards around. Also, parking is inadequate, no family wants to stay at a place where they’d have to go round and round hunting for parking spot after a full day at Busch Garden. I would not return, will avoid at all costs.

The activists for the kids was great Unfortunately my building had a leak in the hall way so the floor around my door was wet and the fans was blowing the whole stay

You have to get rid of the hard sell at check in. That’s some old school time share bullshit. Otherwise great setup, best deal in town.

The staff at the said property is very accommodating. Kingsgate is an excellent resort for family fun.

Location Cleaning could use improvement in suite. Very dusty!
