the room was clean, breakfast was complete. the parking was in the hotel area. very convenient place.

The layout of the room was great and the bed was very comfortable! Location was very convenient. Unfortunately, we could tell immediately when we walked in to the room that it smelled strongly of damp mildew. It seemed to be coming from the carpets in the bedroom, because the bathroom didn’t smell. The bottom of the shower was fairly dirty as well. But, otherwise our stay was fine!

Location, price Noise from guests. Breakfast could be better

The location was great, less than a mile from the beaches in both directions, close to all the shopping and restaurants. Room was very spacious. Beds were clean and comfortable. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Always appreciate a hot breakfast when traveling with kids, and loved that someone on staff was available to make waffles for breakfast. It kept things moving! I was disappointed that the room wasn't really clean to my expectations. The bathroom and entry floors were clearly not swept or mopped. The A/C unit was noisy, and when I got close to check it out, saw that it was very dusty. I get it can be difficult to stay on top of all wear and tear, but there were significant marks on the walls, fixtures that were in bad shape, visible dust on surfaces, etc. The pool was not open, which was a bummer when we skipped the beach due to possible rain.

Unfortunately when we stayed at this property, the pool was closed by the board of health. The option of traveling to a sister hotel to swim was provided but the other hotel was a 10-20 minute drive depending on traffic. It would have been nice to receive notice prior to arrival that the pool was closed, so I could have cancelled and booked elsewhere.

I’ve stayed here many times over the past few years, never been charged for parking. You always got one parking pass with one room. This stay i was told it’s $15, you’d think when spending a couple hundred dollars you’d get to park there. I’ve never heard of this at any hotel I’ve stayed at before anywhere. I’ll be exploring different hotels moving forward which is disappointing because I’d always recommend people to stay there & it was my go to. I don’t think I will anymore when you can stay in town for close to the same prices and park for free.

Staff is amazing! Very friendly and welcoming! The rooms are really clean and the breakfast is decent. The beds are uncomfortable. We had a suit with a sofa bed that was very uncomfortable due to the mattress being extremely thin. We had to place the mattress on the floor in order for the kids to sleep.

Great location. A relaxed 10 min in the shade of trees through the fancy neighborhood to a less crowded beach. The breakfast was good, but the eggs were creepy made of powder , and the breakfast room was always very crowded and noisy. They need more staff in the kitchen.

Well, the pool was down, my key card didn't work at all, had to go to the desk like 5 times. We were tired, hot and hungry. The A/C worked but was very noisy, so we didn't sleep well. Just a not nice relaxing overnight

Free breakfast We weren’t made aware that the pool was out of service until the day we arrived. Although we received pool passes at another location, it was a little inconvenient because of the distance. Also, the bathroom in the room was not well ventilated, and had mold on the ceiling. Lastly, a few of our the key cards were not working, and the one that worked I initially, stopped working after the 2nd day.

Location. I liked that it was on the cusp of Dewey and Rehoboth. I thought because it said Marriott I could expect a particular standard. Pool wasn’t available. You had to ask for cleaning and towels . Breakfast was ok and man who ran it was very nice. Main problem was noise . Doors slamming.. no insulation from rooms .. I stayed at Bon Voy Marriott in Rehoboth last year for $20 more and it’s a great. I will go there next time. Or find a hotel With an outdoor pool. Indoor would have been nice for coming back from Beach. Most of it .

Breakfast. Broken pool.

Great breakfast. Easy walk to beach Nothing

Breakfast was subpar. No meat unless you got there early, weekend hours should be extended beyond 10am, not much variety. Elevator was slow, pool was closed, and key cards did not work the first day. They offered a one day pass to a pool that was 5 miles away, which took 25 minutes with traffic and that hotel and pool were exceptional. We will be staying there next year!

Room was incredibly dirty to the point of disgusting. We had to ask twice for cleaners to come in and fix obvious problems, like congealed chocolate milk dripping down the side of the bedside table. The bathroom door had most of its painted ripped off and the walls were incredibly dirty throughout.

The staff were friendly and made every effort to accommodate me and my family. Upon our arrival at the hotel, we were surprised to find that, despite the website stating that parking was free, we were immediately charged a $15 fee to park in the lot. This unexpected cost was just the beginning of a series of issues we encountered during our stay. During check-in, the front desk staff informed us that the electronic keypad for accessing our room was malfunctioning. As a result, we were unable to enter our room independently and had to wait for a staff member to escort us to our door. This reliance on assistance added a level of inconvenience that was frustrating after a long day of travel. To further compound our disappointment, we learned that the pool was closed due to a health department order. As a substitute, management provided us with passes to use the facilities at another hotel, which was a ten-minute drive away. While we appreciated the attempt to accommodate us, it was inconvenient and not what we had originally anticipated. The following morning brought even more distressing news. As we began our preparations for the day, a significant portion of the bathroom ceiling unexpectedly collapsed, narrowly missing my nephew's head. The sudden crash left us in shock and heightened our concerns about the safety and maintenance of the property. This incident was extremely distressing and made us feel anxious about our safety during our stay. Breakfast that morning brought a new wave of chaos. The host appeared visibly overwhelmed, scrambling to handle multiple responsibilities. As I stood by the counter waiting for my waffle, I was horrified to witness a disturbing incident. The host reached into the trash can with his bare hand, seemingly oblivious to hygiene protocols. He then proceeded to clean the trash can without washing his hands, and without a care in the world, attempted to hand me the waffle fresh off the griddle.
