The location was perfect with a short walk to the ocean or the bay as well as restaurants and shops. The coffee shop out front was handy but a little pricy. Though there were no coffee makers in the room you can get coffee in the lobby. Everything was an extra charge. If you want to park on the property you pay $15/ day and if you want wifi $1/ day. I'd rather those charges juet be included in the cost of the room. I had to sign in to my own Netflix account which I found a bit strange but that was the only way to access any tv that we found. Luckily we had good weather and didn't spend much time in the room.

Our check in time was 4:00, couldn’t get into room until 4:30. The room was not completely cleaned, only one towel, no tissues or toilet paper. There was half a roll, at best. One night we had a rain storm, which caused the window and door to leak and a lot of water was coming into the room. The location to the beach was great!

Very negative experience, and no response from the hotel since checking out. Room was dirty upon arrival, and never cleaned during our stay, in spite of asking. Had to ask for clean towels. It is not beach front by any means. What is presented online is incredibly misleading vs the reality of the hotel.

The room wasn’t real clean. Floor had sand/or dirt. Shower curtain had black spots. Yellow stains on bedding and towels. Toilet seat was chipped.

The room was FILTHY. Flooring was sandy and when wiped the towel was black. The shower is old and had mold. Don’t do it.

Loved how close it was to the beach! Placing families that have a dog near families that do not made it for an uncomfortable stay.
