Location, location, great staff. Never stay anywhere else when in Dewey.

Great place

My girlfriend and I liked the layout of the room. Kitchen was useful, table by the window was nice for morning coffee. Location of the hotel is great, we could walk to the beach and any shops/restaurants we wanted.

This hotel was disgusting! The room was filthy... we found numerous hair's in the bed sheets! A fake nail dropped out of the couch cushion and there were tons of dead gnats in the shower! The manager Doc was very rude, never apologized and told me to email them. He then went on to take other customers while I was still trying to discuss the matter at the counter! I was so horrified by the dirty room and disgraceful behavior...I WOULD NEVER EVER STAY HERE!

The location is perfect. We had an amazing view of the ocean. And the office staff was very kind. No elevator. Limited parking near the hotel. However, the manager, Doc was very accommodating, and because one of us has a back issue he allowed us to park right up front near the office.

We loved the location and the staff was very helpful and considerate.

The only complaint was there was no soap.

The ocean view was spectacular.

Room was clean with nice view. Did not get hot water or good water pressure in shower. No elevator but dumb waiter for luggage. Would stay again

Location is perfect….path right there to the beach and short walk to coffee, shops and restaurants….also trolley stop right at corner that takes you to boardwalk $7 round trip…Full fridge was helpful…..pool is nice and has bathroom right there (super convenient)….things I would have brought magnetic hooks (not a ton of room to hang wet suits/towels)….note no elevator or balcony! (They do have dumb waiter for luggage etc)

Parking absolutely, positively SUCKS. Only perk is it's close to the beach.

Upon arrival, the room was clean and the temperature was comfortably chilly. The property outside was also clean because of the daily maintenance. The facility is most convenient to the beach and is walking distance to every thing in town.

Right on the ocean and walking distance to everything. Staff was so friendly. Would stay again. Great hotel.

Exceptional

The location is perfect! an old school Beach hotel vibe, the rooms have what you need and were spotless. The staff is awesome and they constantly clean the grounds and the hotel area. Just great!

Convenience Guests left the bathroom dirty. Lack of an elevator.

Wonderful stay. The room was clean and loved the amenities. The ocean view was amazing! Definitely would stay here again!
