Everything was great in hotel!!

The cleaning staff did a great job of coming in every day. The dresser drawers don’t open well and the bathroom lock doesn’t work. The door for the cabinet for the microwave and refrigerator were also not working properly. The shower was extremely slippery. It’s a close enough walk to Disney about a mile. The breakfast was OK overall not bad. Would’ve liked to be closer to the park and there were no shuttle services available. Most other hotels in the area had shuttles to the parks.

Great location close enough to the park, pool is nice, rooms are nice, staff is nice.

The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. The location is also very convenient if you’re walking to Disneyland. I would definitely stay here again.

Alyssah was wonderful helping us at the front desk and texting to make sure that we had everything we needed during our stay. We will be back!!

Room and establishment was clean. Just sucks that housekeeping kept waking us up on the very last day when we had late checkout. They knocked on our door every 30 mins starting at 8:30am. Otherwise stay would’ve been perfect.

Pretty close to Disneyland

Check in was easy and got room immediately. Room was spacious and clean. Housekeeping was pleasant and respectful. Pool was big and enough space and tables to hang out. Definitely would stay again

I stay here every time I go to Disneyland (which is a lot as an out of country Magic Key holder). The rooms are wonderful- clean and comfy. I love the pillows and the bathroom amenities. The shower has great pressure and the bathtub was a must for post-park day soaks. Very clean! And I can't rave about the staff enough. Every single staff interaction I've had has been extremely pleasant. They are so kind and so helpful. I love that this hotel is also a quiet walk from the parks. It takes me about 12ish minutes to walk there, maybe 20 minutes to walk back on sore feet. Also the pool is wonderful too! Overall, my number one pick all the time.

The staff is always so friendly and helpful. It's our favorite place to stay when visiting Disney.

Overall, an excellent hotel within walking distance (roughly 3 blocks) from the Disneyland resort entrance. I walked back from Disneyland on my second night. The hotel property, grounds, and room were very clean and still felt very new. The only negative is that there is only a limited breakfast menu at the bar in the mornings, but I could see where it looks like they had a breakfast area similar to what you would see in a Hampton Inn. This hotel is a Hilton property, and it felt like a Hilton Garden Inn.

AMAZING STAFF ROOM WAS GREAT

This was a perfect stay for a first-time Disneyland trip for 2 adults! The only thing that is anything less than 5 stars is that housekeeping didn’t come during our stay; this isn’t really an issue but I assumed they would and piled up the towels on the bathroom floor for collection and then didn’t particularly want to re-use them at that point when they weren’t taken/replaced. Since it was just the two of us, we still had enough towels to use for the rest of our stay, but something to keep in mind for larger groups or if the towels get especially dirty.

We enjoyed our stay. Loved the proximity to the parks.

Stay here often and enjoy our stay each time. Hotel rooms are feeling a little tired but excellent place to stay and will certainly be back when in town.
