Motel 6 Anaheim Maingate

Just amazing understanding staff. I thank all of you even the comadre talkers. If they unstood hard times it would be different but God is putting some of us through lessons we need to learn. Thank you front desk for the compassionate service

Ugh!!!

The check in process was quick, I knew there was a parking fee but still unsure how they charge, just that for my 2 night stay I was charged about $23. While checking in there was another guest who came down to switch rooms due to cockroaches in his room. No big issues in my room. The front desk also gave horrible directions to get to the room and the map they had made zero sense. The beds were very hard. There was a mini fridge in the room, no microwave, there is one single microwave in the lobby. When leaving, there was an ant infestation in my car! No idea how that came about and took me far too long to try and kill/swipe these ants out of my car. Needless to say, I’ll be finding a different Disney hotel next time.

pool and hot tub was really dirty and door wouldn’t open at 9:30 even though pool was open till 10. beds were surprisingly clean but floor and other areas were really dirty with random hair from last guests. extremely loud, you could hear everyone and everyone’s dog barking lol. good enough for 1 night but probably wouldn’t come again.

Cockroaches in the room, stains on sheets, overall unclean.

Pool needs to be maintained more. If you’re going to provide towels for the pool deck please keep them replenished. Our rooms phone didn’t work.

For the price. It was ok. For a one night stay it was fine

The only issues I had was the ice machine not working. Didnt bother trying another floor. The sink water pressure was very minimal & slow. Also, no AC in the elevators. Mind you, it was the hottest summer days. Other than that, my stay was great! Probably going to book again next weekend for Oogie Boogie!

Roaches all in our room was absolutely disgusting and they were huge! I traveled last minute with my kids and there was no way I was staying in that room! Front desk did not answer no one was at the desk when I went either. We did not stay there that night and in the morning a manager was there and I requested a different room but she told me she was too busy cleaning to help me at the moment. So we left, returned later that night and they gave me a new room. That room was just as disgusting, hair all over the tub and bathroom, and stains on the sheets. They don’t clean their rooms at all. My morning of checkout I spoke to another manager and showed her photos of the roaches and the nastiest and she was rude and told me she wasn’t going to do anything about it. Will never stay there again, roaches in the room is absolutely disgusting.

Staff were amazing and understanding about a difficult transition and were ADA accommodating. Hats off and thank you for everything.

Pretty decent for a quick night stay close to everything tub and towels could be made a tad bit better but pretty decent for a motel six I would stay aging

The price is perfect for a quick stay. The rooms were a bit old but clean, had all the basics and the beds were comfy. Its super close to many attractions (walking) and there is lots of parking. The pool was nice and well maintained.

The room was clean staff friendly and some what helpful stayed here in the past ok but won’t be going back the walkways and stairs ,elevator have not been cleaned in ?trash in gardens homeless sleeping by stairs I could go on I know it’s motel 6but no excuse for it being so run down ! Families stay there and go to Disneyland!

Daughter enjoyed the pool. Staff is nice

Reasonable rates and easy walk to Disneyland. The bathroom door didn’t lock. Lobby floor and elevator floor were dilapidated and dirty. Ice machines were out of order. Rooms looked fairly nice.

I really like it to be a motel 6 it didn’t even felt like one I highly recommend it’s super close to Disney

The room was clean enough (I am personally a very very clean person, I clean my place pretty much daily) so maybe I am being too picky. I can honestly say the towels and sheets smelled decent here. You know how sometimes the towels have an unclean smell. These did not. For the price of a night at this location I would recommend.

Great location for walking to Disney at a sensible price.
