The Grandview Hotel

We absolutely loved it here! The room was beautifully decorated, light and airy and impeccably clean. You couldn’t have asked for a more convenient location and such a “Grand View”! It was so handy to have the beach literally across the street and you could even see the Nubble Lighthouse in the distance. Everything had a clean and fresh feel to it and we were pleasantly surprised to know there was an indoor pool on site as well. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. We hope to return again!

LOCATION!!! Directly across the street from a nice beach! And within walking distance of several restaurants. The room was bigger than I expected! And loved that there was a bench outside to use. Heated pool was great and was never busy! Staff was amazing! Any question or need we had was taken care of immediately.

I loved how the property was right across from the beach and had beautiful views! The staff was very nice. It was very challenging with five people and one bathroom but we knew what we were getting into. The first day we got there the towels were dirty as if someone stepped on them with dirty shoes

Beach view was great on second floor rooms. But the stairs are very narrow, no elevator. No microwave in the room :( Tub was a little less than clean

The view was AMAZING!! 3rd floor corner so extra windows. The balcony was perfect with two comfy chairs and plexi glass walls so the view was uninterrupted while seated. Also loved the rubber "bricks" used for the balcony flooring that silenced any sound walking or moving chairs. There were also dividers between the balcony rooms for privacy. The renovations are beautiful! New beachy feel for every room. Comfy beds and great pillows. Louder than normal A/C unit. The room door to the outside could use some weather stripping, so the A/C doesn't have to come on as often.

Property was a little dated- especially the exterior and the bathrooms, but the rooms were decent. Great view and balcony.

The view lives up to hotel name; the balcony was a comfortable place to relax and take in the view. The room was clean and be bed was comfortable. The room had room darkening shades, but the window over the AC unit was just a regular blind which let light in from the parking lot all night when closed, the bathroom could use a little vanity - someplace to put your toiletries and another towel rack. Room smelled dank and musty.

We loved the view! And we loved that we could walk to the beach and some of the restaurants. Everything was clean and we had plenty of towels and coffee supplies. The only negative was the bathroom. There was mold present around a soft spot in the floor outside the tub. Also there was rust in the tub fixtures. One of my sisters is extremely allergic to mold. She was only able to stay 2 nights. If she was there for all 5, we would have had to change rooms.

Perfect location and very clean Stairs were a bit sketchy and made me nervous climbing to third floor

The staff were very friendly. Plenty of parking behind the hotel, with excellent access to the 2nd & 3rd floor rooms. the beds were comfortable and had plenty of pillows unlike some places that skimp out on them. Would definitely recommend this place.
