The view from our room was amazing. Every staff person we encountered were so friendly and very helpful with ideas of things to do and see while in Maine. We will definitely be returning in the future

You can not beat the location right on the ocean. Listening to waves as you sleep priceless!! It is a little dated but very clean and as I said the location is perfection!

Beautiful ocean views from the immaculate room. On the beach. Lovely grounds with lounge chairs and tables overlooking the beach. Close to everything. We loved it so much, we reserved the same room for next year.

The location for the hotel is fantastic, which justifies the price for the room, which is very simple ( but clean). The only true negative is that the bed was old and very lumpy, and the towels were small and very basic. The decor is dated, but that was not really an issue because of the amazing location and view ( and very nice staff)- BUT - they really need to address the comfort of the beds. It would be a reason why we would pick a different hotel next time.

Everything was nice. But it was just that just OK. Location was great, but the rest really wasn’t worth the price. It was difficult having a room on the ground floor because leaving the curtain open to experience the ocean meant having people right outside my window constantly. That kind of ruined the vibe. If I didn’t want people looking in the window, I had to close the curtain, which meant I couldn’t see the ocean.
