The cleanliness was excellent. However, the sound of footsteps from the room above was extremely loud—so much so that I could even hear the light fixture rattling. I was unable to get a proper night's sleep, both late at night and early in the morning. The situation was severe. We stayed in a second-floor corner room. I plan to file a formal complaint with the head office regarding this issue; it was a very trying experience, especially considering the cost of around $600 for two nights. Good location, clean, great breakfast In room temp control was a touch off

Everything was amazing We stay every few months due to medical needs and I just love this place and the location I love everything but the beds aren't as comfortable as they look one of my favorite places to stay

Room was large, breakfast was great Housekeeping never came to my room, I had to hunt them down to get trash bags and clean towels

The room was clean but they have not come to clean the room the next day. There were not even extra towels. We asked for a crib but they never brought one and we had to co sleep with our toddler which was not preferable. That’s why we booked a place which claimed to offer crib! The buffet was a chaos, lines to get plates or breakfast. Coffee, milk, eggs were finished and took so long to be refilled! Overall experience was okey but has not met our expectations!

Bed was comfortable, room was quiet, and spacious. Three of us stayed and had a great time. What a perfect homebase for exploring Boston/cambridge.

Breakfast was excellent, the room was very clean, and the bathroom was great. The only minor issue was that the bathroom didn’t have an exhaust fan. The staff were polite and friendly. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely stay here again on a future trip.

Good breakfast but it becomes monotonous after a few days. Suggest some variety. Room was very good and specious. 3 persons can easily sleep. Kitchen facility was useful. Availability of washing machines was helpful. Gym and swimming pool were small and unattractive. Staff was helpful. Housekeeping service was alternate day. Overall I was happy and would recommend this place to anyone without any reservation.

Breakfast was great, Room was clean beautiful and comfortable. Spacious Only thing is I got charged an extra sixty dollars when I checked in and was not told why. I already paid and was told I didn't have any other charges.

Very nice hotel, nicely located close to new shops and restaurants, we felt safe to walk in the neighborhood. The staff was very helpful in helping us finding a garage to repair a flat tire, and also in giving us directions to move around in Boston using bus and subway. Overall we had a great stay, I highly recommend.
