Fun place to stay. We played pool and paint postcard sized pictures. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

We checked in on Thursday at around 5pm. The 2 front desk girls were super friendly (wish I had gotten their names) and was an easy check in. The hotel is unique and clean and overall a good experience.

This is by far the best hotel experience I have had on a long road trip over 3 weeks. Front desk staff were amazingly helpful, pleasant, approachable and informal. It is easy to get to with a large number of parking spaces and is about 25 min walk from Harvard Sq. if not keen on walking there is a bus stop just behind the hotel where you will also find a star market to buy a Charlie One day pass and on the go sandwiches. Hotel looks and smells amazing and the rooms are clean. There is free on the go filter coffee and tea in the lobby. My children were given canvases and paints to keep them entertained. WiFi is fast. Laundromat on site is a boon. All in all amazing ! Nothing not to like.

The location is good for visitors to visit Boston. The front desk service at this hotel was absolutely terrible. Our room was in another building, but the front dest woman never told us this when we first checked in. As a result, we took the elevator directly to the floor in the main building and walked around looking for our room, but couldn't find the room number anywhere. So we had to carry all of our luggage back down to the front desk on the first floor and ask her. Only then did the woman tell us that we needed to take the elevator to the second floor first, then walk through a hallway to another building to get to our room. I honestly don't understand how this hotel can have such a high rating on Booking.com. The second thing that made our stay unpleasant was that when we first arrived in the room, there was no electricity at all. In my more than 30 years of life, this was the first time I had ever experienced checking into a hotel room with no power. Although they sent someone to fix it pretty quickly, we woke up around 4 a.m. that same night and discovered that the room was still without electricity. Then, the next day, we found a blood-stained blanket on one of the beds. It was absolutely disgusting. I have never taken writing a negative review for a hotel this seriously before. If you're going to Boston in the future, please avoid this hotel at all costs.
