Room was clean. Parking is across a covered way, but you do need to go outside to get to it. Excellent location.

6th floor suite showerhead and hand faucet not great. Mounted high and diverter switch not easy to reach. Toilet looked like it had a permanent streak in it.

Hilton has never disappointed but it did this visit.
-
Nice New hotel with good location in a new hub of retail and food options and park, walking trail, connected to greenway and close to boston without being downtown. Standard Hampton breakfast was good, nice lobby, big room and nice wifi. This is what a hotel stay should be, no surprises. Well done.

It was okay, but nice town.

I was staying at this hotel as part of a university tour group starting from Boston. Since I arrived one day before the tour, I paid extra to check in a day early. After my first night, I went out to explore the city. In the middle of my sightseeing, I received a phone call from the hotel asking me to return and check out of my room. I explained that I was staying for another night, but I was still asked to come back because, apparently, my room needed to be changed. I had to interrupt my plans, return to the hotel, and spend time and money on taxis for something that was clearly a front desk/check-in mistake. When I arrived, I was then told that I could actually stay in the same room for the following two nights after all. What is most disappointing is that nobody gave me a sincere apology for the inconvenience. This was not a minor issue for me. I was visiting a foreign country and had very limited time to explore the city, and valuable sightseeing time was unnecessarily wasted because of a mistake that could easily have been avoided with a little more attention and better communication between the front desk staff. A simple, sincere apology and a little consideration for the guest would have made a big difference. Unfortunately, the way this situation was handled left me extremely frustrated and disappointed with the hotel’s level of customer service.
