La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Norfolk Virginia Beach

Direct TV had no sports channels working. The hair dryer was not mounted and the electrical outlets for light switch in the bathroom broken. Electric hazard. I may have photos if I need to prove what im saying.

Staff was very kind and good location.

Disappointing

Good location, room was old. Elevator smelled. Rooms really need work but the bed was nice and comfortable

we did not like anything customer service was poor, we asked for extra pillows and washcloths which seem to be an issue. we were checked into the wrong room after looking at my ID. the room was not up to par. The flooring was damaged and the shower curtain had mold at the bottom of it. The tv service was in and out. The main door to the room was not sealed properly, someone's were outside the room and it sounded as if they were about to enter , in which you could hear they're conversation loud and clear.

Breakfast was ok For the money charged, this place was a dump.

Exceptional

After a 15 hour drive. I didn't have the energy to go down and ask for another room.

Bad

The whole property is under renovation. Our room the flooring was healing up. Shower ceiling was flaking,the bathroom door was coming apart. Screw holes in walls. Ac made noise.

Room was dirty.

Bad lighting, a lot of noise, the room had a cold atmosphere. There was no warm comfortable feeling in that room. I will never stay there again. The whole room.

Trash and alcohol left in trash can from previous people, top of fridge was nasty, light bulb didn’t work, half the outlets didn’t work, fridge didn’t work, their was a 3 inch gap between the door and floor, fire alarm was tampered with

My check in experience was horrible the gave me a dirty room bed was not clean or made and then gave me another room and tv did not work and o would like a refund because both rooms was not what I paid for

It was clean It was a little far from where I wanted to be but my fault it was a nice place

In a decent location, exterior of the building looked very nice ROACHES !!!! When we woke up on the first morning to get ready for our daughters softball tournament when we turned the lights on there roaches everywhere on all the tables crawling across the television it was disgusting when we checked we went to our vehicle before packing them we emptied all our bags just to make sure we wasn’t taking any with us and in total 4 roaches came out of two bags we decided to make reservations at the Holiday Inn Express for the rest of the weekend

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was dirty, the restroom was disgusting, and there was no breakfast available. I was also charged an extra fee for my dog, which was surprising because I’ve never had to pay a pet fee at other hotels I’ve stayed at. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my stay and would not recommend this hotel.

AC hanging out of the wall Toilet needed 3 flushes to empty Sink water berly dripping Fridgerator coulden even cool a beer Erge , the hotel need to be leveled
