Extended Stay America Suites - Norfolk - Virginia Beach

I spoke to management and showed pics and all the could say was rm 232 should've never been assigned, I'm new here and trying to get things in order and thank you for letting me know. What she should've said was I'm so sorry you had this experience, please let me refund your stay or offer you a credit for you next stay at Extended Stay hotels. I have videos but the site won't let me upload them

Did not stay, cancelled. The bed had hair, the toilet had hair, carpet not vacuumed. Saw a cockroach.

Check there Monday that was trash in the hallway Sunday when I looked at the property the elevator did not work the breakfast was combination coffee cupcakes the best thing is that I lost my wallet and someone turned it in thank God for that godly person otherwise I was not that satisfied. The smell in the hallway I can't capture it and send it to you it was awful the room had a smell also we had to buy air freshener to spray the room keep the odor down the housekeepers did not speak English they were tilt housekeepers and did not understand nothing that we were saying that was kind of whack but I would like a refund some type of something back.

Staff were friendly. Room was spacious. The room was very filthy..my 1 year old who cant walk yet had completely black feet at the top of his feet and his knees were black from crawling on the floor. We didnt have any blankets. We went and requested for some and we're told they didnt have any clean ones at the moment we did eventually get one blanket. There were also cob webs all over the place and dust laying on the lamps and picture frames and what not.

One associated with the hotel was willing to assist me. Never Again!

Where to start. The property ran out of blankets, so I was without a blanket for my entire stay. The outside building lock works about once every 20 swipes of your keycard. The rooms are old, musty, and generally not clean. The furniture smells and is not in the best condition. For the price, this place is definitely not worth it. I would spend the extra money to stay across the street, or somewhere else close by.

There is none It's hard to find the hotel entrance.

Our room was missing furniture, such as the couch and coffee table. We paid for a queen bed and got a double bed.

property was clean and convenient. Staff was helpful. Had a great time and the indoor kitchen was a definite help!

Dirty mold in bathroom sheets was dirty and staff was rude

When we got to the hotel we pick our room key for room 205. When we opened the door there were shoes thrown all over the place. Medicine bottles opened. they didn't believe that the room had been occupied and reassured me that the room had been cleaned.

The smell right when you walk in was awful, you didn't even need to see the mold to know it was there. I can't believe they're ok with letting people stay here. Obviously it's one of the cheaper options, however there should be some sort standard that the room you stay in should be clean enough to stay.
