Joera Kitane made our stay at Moxy The Hague truly unforgettable. We had just gotten engaged, and she went above and beyond to make the occasion feel special. She surprised us with complimentary drinks, beautifully decorated our room with rose petals and sweets, and even left a heartfelt message on the mirror. I loved the location, the restaurant/bar and spacious room. I would've liked to have a mini fridge in the room and, perhaps, a closet or bigger table, given that there was plenty of space in the room for such furniture. For my short stay, however, it was not strictly necessary.

The location was good for visiting the main attractions in Hague but as there were construction works in the area it was a bit difficult to reach the hotel. The hotel offers complimentary coffee and a free cocktail. The room was available for early check in but I have been requested to pay 10 euros for each hour. There was some noise due to the doors constantly banged by the other tourists. The room is quite small and there is no wardrobe/ fridge/ kettle available.

Breakfast was fine, a good selection. There was a terrible sewage odour coming from the bathroom. Impossible to sleep at night due to the smell.

Breakfast was very varied, all very fresh. Plenty of variation, could eat and drink as much as you wanted

The hotel is within walking distance of the central station, Binnenhof and Mauritshuis. The breakfast is good with a big variety. The staff members are helpful. The lights in the room were a little dim.

Great location, close to train station only a four minute walk! Close to all restaurants and public transportation! Very clean staff was very kind! Wonderful stay!!! Everything was great!

Central location, clean, comfortable, good breakfasts, nice staff. Rooms on a smaller side, no place to hang stuff in the bathroom, no closet.

No real desk/workspace in the room; no wardrobe - only hooks on the wall; sewage smell coming from the bathroom; no coffee maker/cattle in the room.

Pleasant atmosphere also for kids.

My room was in the first floor, and it was a bit noisy, as it was really close to the street and a tram station

Wonderful hotel for those on visit to downtown The Hague. Close to everything - great stuff - hip environment. And parking underneath the hotel. Couldn’t imagine any more convenient Nothing
