The location was great and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Nothing.

Super clean, compact and efficient rooms, good breakfasts, and genuinely warm staff. Stella (at the desk/dining area) was particularly helpful and friendly. The location is also unbeatable.

We booked a basic room but got a free upgrade to an attic room because of other full rooms. We really enjoyed our stay in this nice and cosy room. Everything was in the room and was clean! Definitely would recommend! Room was a bit small but was okay for 2 persons. Some ventilation sounds at night that couldn’t be turned off.

Very modern and clean The pillows were too big and not comfortable, a lot of noise at night when trying to sleep

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the main cultural attractions, as well as shops, restaurants, and nightlife, but not so close that the area is busy or noisy. On the inside, the hotel is modern, with very friendly and helpful staff, and the rooms are very well appointed, clean and comfortable. I was in a basement room, and there was no noise from the street or any other issues like that. I'm not a fan of self-service check-in/out as I like the personal touch, and if it goes wrong then you can have delays and issues (as happened tome... the login computers just crashed when trying to sign in and I had to wait 15minutes). I also found the beds a little uncomfortable - too soft - with too many pillows, and the pillows were way too big! However that is a very personal preference and others may not find this issue. I will also say that the breakfast is absolutely not worth the money (€19.50 per day, at the time of writing) as it's a very average continental breakfast, with not a great choice of things to eat, and seems very expensive for what little there was.

Lovely clean & modern hotel in a great central location. The bed pillows were too squishy for my liking & the breakfast was a little expensive, but other than that everything was perfect
-
Beautiful design, comfortable bed Fire alarms started twice in the middle ofnthe night. There was no appology from the hotel about it.
