Nice hotel.Everything was clean and in good shape. I liked the free water. Great location not too far from train station but near shops and restaurants. Most lighting fixtures in the room was either on or off because you couldn't operate them individually. I wish they would tell you basics like check out time and where to get ice, etc. I kept having to go down to the front desk for information because there are no phones in the room.

Coffee machine worked well. Most of the staff members were friendly. I was a wrong client for this hotel. Because it felt like a hostel not a 4 star hotel. The design was very simple, very dark, no telephone in the room, no fridge, no room service. But the biggest problem was the AC which was impossible to regulate. It was blowing cold air right on the head. For some strange reason the AC outlet was located right where the head of the bed is. It was not possible to regulate, just switch off totally. But the hotel is very central, the noise is going on all night. There was a disco party in the music school up till 04.00. So the choice is noise or super cold. I am happy I did not get pneumonia. But for young simple travelers who go to disco and spends the most of the night in a club dancing - this place probably would be ok. I was a bit disturbed by a big blood stain on the mattrass cover but otherwise the WC was cleaned ok. I will not be returning here.

It is beautiful, clean and very centrally located. The staff Re polite, helpful and kind. I liked everything about it.

Location-very close to transport options- close to the Den Haag train station, and the tram line is right outside the hotel It was very quite despite being near the tram and other social amenities, probably sound proofed the rooms. The staff were friendly, the room had a bath tub, to soak in and it was very clean too. Totally enjoyed our stay at the hotel Nothing comes to mind

Rooms were a good size. The property was well located. Friendly staff. I asked for a map of the downtown area and they did not provide any. Had to find one in another hotel.

Clean, modern and near everything I was interested in. Checkin and check-out super easy. Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were quiet and seemed to be reasonably soundproof. The shower was amazing!! The bed was comfortable. I honestly loved it all.

The room is a bit dark at night, and we got rooms for 3 pax but most of the time the house keeping forgot to put extra towel (only gave 2).

The bed for two persons was very small. Additionally, there was no free parking available.

Room had layer of dust on bedside table and table near tv. Also, water pooled on the interior window sill. Room was dark and hallways had a strong chemical scent.
