Days Inn by Wyndham Tannersville

Rooms were extremely dirty and smelled. Even non smoking room smelled like heavy smoking. Moved to different rooms but still bad, Extremely disappointed with price paid. Refused give a receipt. we got a rate reduction but still more than twice value. Check-in tried to put in better room but checkout mad that complained about condition of rooms.

My stay was very good.....clean friendly

Did online booking. At property was told they needed a 100 hold on my card. I get it checked out on Aug 4th. Still waiting for the 100 to be returned to me. Don't book this location

Great Location Near Great Wolf Lodge. Everything Worked. Parking right in front on room.

There was mold and dirt all through the room. It smelled like something had been rotting in it. I could not stay in the room for longer than five minutes we found other accommodations.

The staff were very good and helpful. The rooms are dated especially the bathroom and tiles separating from bottom wall. The shower had an old mat, mold on the underneath the shower wall near the tub. The hair dryer had dirt on the cord and the plug. The balcony had views but no chairs. There was somebody knocking at 2:00am on a door near us. Air conditioner was not on when we got there, but we put on. Worked very well. Beds were comfortable.

The pool was ice cold, with this being late August. The breakfast was good. Windows were impossible to see out...no upkeep done to glass. Was made to feel like I was asking too much, when I asked for another cup and a coffee for my 3rd day there.

Dirty never go back

Very outdated. Holes in the bathroom walls with toilet paper shoved into them. Shower was rusted and dirty. Bed skirt was ripped and looked like it hasn’t been washed in a long time. Air conditioner was great and kept the room very comfortable. Bedding was clean and bed very comfortable.

The room was smelly, smoke smell, carpet and bedding stained. I checked in stayed for 15 minutes and she checked out, I told them the reason they said it is they Expedia no compensation, I called Expedia and they said they already paid the hotel so I was left stranded but one thing was for sure, I cannot stay in this kind of shabby place,

The room is clean the staff was very friendly I didn't like the fact that there was only one ice machine in the second building. And I looked around and I did not find a pool

The hotel looked like a very run down motel. The pool patio area was cracked, the walls were crumbling, the deck chairs were broken, etc. I was actually surprised that the pool held water. The room had a very musty smell when we first arrived. I maxed out the air conditioning and let it run for several hours before returning to the room. The shower didn't drain, the door knob on the bathroom door was loose and falling off. The carpet had a moist feel to it. The light switch to the bathroom worked about 75% of the time. The place had the feel that there were milking it for all they could before it get condemned.

Nothing Holes in walls, pool closed, different color paint on walls from shotty repairs, dresser broken, endstand broken, bare minimum upkeep

The rooms need to be updated.. windows were dirty.. there weren’t enough outlets.. and the two that they had available.. one didn’t work.. The breakfast could’ve had more of a variety..

Good location

The place is old and not up kept well. There was a stench in the room, the sheets and bed cover was not fresh.
