Camelback Resort

The room we checked in had no body soap and it had no conditioner. Also the door leading to the outside of our room won’t lock. So anyone could go into our room from the outside. But the staff was helpful enough to give us a room upgrade.

The best resort we loved!!! Clean and the staff

The good - Omar was kind enough to wave the parking fee The bad - parking fee The bad - long checkin lines. with 10 computers and only 1 or 2 ppl checking ppl in this took wayyyy too long. The good - the rooms, very clean. comfy beds The bad- indoor water park, the bathrooms are horrible. The good - we had fun. We would come back because the place met our 1-night stay needs. the kids had fun and the staff was accommodating.

Try to educate people before and during the stay, there should be nobody without a shirt anywhere other than the water areas, there shouldn't be a person with No shirt and a bathing suit at the reception area (1st bad impression of new guess) broken sofa right by the reception area ? are you kidding me ? a huge hole in one of the sofa's right by the reception desk and nothing gets done about it ? I understand that this is a family oriented place but you should not let your kids roam around the hallways racing each other and grown ups talking very load at any particular time of the day without thinking about other guess in their rooms. Auatopia used to be extremely clean and well maintain, now, you see green slime all over, and not clean properly. you should shut down the resort for a couple of days each year and give it a proper TLC to keep it well presentable right now, even if Camelback pays me to come back I will decline. this was my 4th and final visit to this place, years ago, the first time we visit, we had a huge impression of the place, now, extremely dissapointed, please do NOT waste your time going there

The indoor water park was great and well maintained. The service to the resort staying guests was not up to the mark. For anything you need, you have to put a request through text or the front desk and these take a long time to arrive or does not arrive at all. The complimentary laundry room was dirty, didn't have soap, and it was not refilled.

The food was really bad

Waited one hr to check in, not enough staff at the front desk. No machine to check in. After check in already 5:13 pm, when I get to the room, room is not ready, still cleaning! I was talking to a lady like supervisor on the floor, she asked me to go back to lobby to change the room, and was not willing to help at all. I was very disappointed and pissed the way she was talking to me! Indoor waterpark is small.

Kids had fun . Room smelled like old mop water but was clean. Had fun!

Room service never cleaned during our whole stay. We had to leave the garbage in the hallway and they didn't even return the can. Rooms smelt of cigarettes. And staff didn't seem friendly.

Staff was very helpful and very knowledgeable. The rides need update, I got cut in my left foot heel from lazy river. The rooms were big enough but there was no coffee maker, no shampoo and conditioner just empty bottles. No tissue papers just empty box. When you call from your room to the guest service the receptionist is AI so we were told we are arranging for paper cups, but that arrangement never happened. So next time if we ever want to go to indoor water park we will reserve the stay somewhere else, lesson learnt.
