Best Western Plus Poconos Hotel

It is clean and well maintained. Perfect for a short stays. Ideal location, close to the outlet mall.

Front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was average The tub faucet did not work properly, and the sink leaked. The TV was a very nice size. Property is dated. The breakfast room is cramped. We took the stairwell and side door several times, and the stairwell itself was dirty, trash left in several places, and the side door would not latch unless you gave it a shove. Overall experience was average, and overpriced by at least $50 a night for what it was.

Entire stay was hassle free and comfortable. The staff were very cordial and professional.

This property does not meet basic Best Western standards at all, and corporate or the area manager seriously needs to come inspect this place in person. The room was tiny, extremely outdated, and had a strong musty smell coming from the carpets and water. When I checked in, the bathtub wouldn’t drain properly. I called the front desk right away, and they just told me no one was available to fix it until morning, which was completely useless since I was checking out early anyway. Everything in the bathroom and room felt completely worn out and neglected—I could barely manage 4 hours of sleep here. On top of that, their breakfast is only from 7 AM to 9 AM with almost nothing to choose from. For the high price they charge, you can stay at the nearby Holiday Inn Express, which is spotless, fully modernized, and ten times better. Save your money and book somewhere else because this location is definitely not worth it.

Very helpful and accommodating staff, the hotel is just old and the breakfast was ok.

The staff was very helpful in locating the pool area and providing key pass code for entry.

Thank you to the nice lady at the front desk I forgot her name but is amazing how people stills cares for customers. Stay was good nice location Poconos outlet is right on the Conner love it.

Bathrooms were designed very poorly. No space to close the door

Location and staff Breakfast dining area and buffet area were too small to accommodate guests of a sold out night. Lines for a complimentary buffet can be common at some properties, but guests standing in public areas leaning against walls and sitting on the carpet to consume their meals due to limited seating was too uncomfortable. Because of this and the slow moving buffet line we decided to give up after 7 minutes and went to the diner.

We checked in at 8 pm front desk was thorough but not willing to go an extra step to accommodate the guests! V to the point room was clean, not run down, not broken, bathroom was v tight even for 1 person, bed was comfortable had fridge microwave tv , breakfast was good fresh waffles eggs potatoes bread bagels etc the usual , front desk person in the morning was pleasant & accommodating good experience no bed bugs , AC was good

The building looks and works as if no effort is being made to maintain it. The tv in the room was not working correctly and I asked if someone could fix it one the first day of my three day stay. I asked again on the second day after going back to the front desk because my room card would not open the door to the room. The tv was still not working. On the third day the door card would not work again and at the front desk I asked to see the manager. I told Mr. Sanjiv Gosain the issues with the room card and the tv. He gave me another room card and assured to me that he would get someone to look it the tv. Someone did come and fixed the tv issues about thirty minutes later.

The staff here was very helpful and friendly. The other guests staying at the hotel were also very nice. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the continental breakfast was decent. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.

The room I was in had hair in the jetted tub, bathroom sink, bath rub and on the bed sheets. There was even a wristband on the floor from whoever was there previously. I had to clean and sanitize and disinfect the room upon arrival. I purchased the supplies at a close by dollar general to clean the room I was in for the weekend. Besides that the employees there were very nice.
