When we arrived, the valet and bellman were amazing!! Check in was friendly and easy. I was offered a complimentary Margarita. Definitely took the edge off after a long drive. All the little things add up to be an amazing experience.

Pet friendly room had easy access to outdoor space to take dog out. Location was perfect for outdoor walks and hikes near the hotel.

One of the elevators was broken which made leaving the hotel very difficult. We also didn’t have any hot water in the shower.

10/10 such a great experience all around. Was not able to ski this year due to weather no fault to the hotel. Will visit again in the future.

Very nice hotel, AMAZING location, and super friendly staff! We would recommend. Not super fancy, but perfect if being in a glitzy resort isn't your first priority. Decent pool. We go to Snowmass for the experience and don't depend on super fancy hotels as much as some others in order to have a good time. We like clean, convenient spots with comfy beds and nice amenities like hot tubs and a bar. Would recommend.

Location They can’t handle simple problems. It looks they have some kind of miss communication.

One slow elevator for half the hotel … valet service average on arrival , room service charges outrageous and price of food ridiculously expensive eg $5 for a slice of toast $8 for an orange juice before tray charge and 20% gratuity … ski room service also mediocre … would never go back

Room was clean, lobby was very cozy and staff was friendly. There were a resort fee that wasn’t specified anywhere but it doesn’t change the fact that it was a great experience overall

I suppose a suite with a mountain view but the room was good. Just no view

The staff were so helpful, kind, and welcoming. There were spots of some type of brown liquid on the walls. The window was unlacked and open when I arrived. Id requested to not be on a ground level and eneded up on a ground level.
