The Timberline Condominiums

The best part of the property is that we don’t have to worry about the keys. They gave us a code to unlock the door. The front desk staff and all the shuttle employees are very helpful.

In friendly staff. Check in was easy and completely online. The only caveat is that the location is at up a pretty steep incline so walking from the village Mall was challenging.

Place was nice and clean for the most part, but our room smelled heavily of pot. Like I couldn't sleep most of the nights because the smell would get so strong it was nauseating. I'm not sure if it was from someone next to us or the cleaners were smoking it, but it was incredibly strong.

Only slightly bad thing was the the room never cooled down well especially upstairs.

I really loved our stay at the TC! Will stay again.

The condo was pricey but very nice and clean. The location was great and the shuttle service provided free service anywhere on Snowmass. Staff on-site were great! Overall we enjoyed our stay and I would recommend it to anyone!

Best condo! Well maintained, clean rooms. Staff was extremely supportive when i did the late check-in at 10.15 pm. They stayed up late for my arrival and guided me with the check-in process. Awesome experience!

We enjoyed our two nights in our spacious, comfortable and clean townhouse. Staff was quite friendly and helpful with advice. We original debated whether to stay in Snowmass or Aspen, and we definitely made the right call staying here.

Very good pool

Great host. No air conditioning and smelled funky until windows opened.

The mountains outside are beautiful! The pool and gym were a plus. The unit didn’t have AC. I must have missed that when I booked but it was hot in the unit. The front desk staff gave us extra fans. It was still hot to sleep there. The toilet paper location makes no sense.

Excellent host, facilities, their eagerness in providing shuttle whenever required It's very good. I could not figure out anything that falls short of expectation!

Very helpful at front desk. Shuttle was so nice. Very clean and tastefully decorated. A small space with everything we needed!

Easy online check in. The location is perfect for access to the village. My only issue was our room only had decaf coffee.

Slope side location, nice pool area, onsite bar/restaurant (didn’t open until 4pm) and free parking (summer) were all a huge plus while still being walking distance to Snowmass Village for a good value. The toilet seat won’t stay up without holding it due placement and interfering overhanging sink counter.

Room was nice and staff was friendly.

It was too hot in the loft bedroom area upstairs. Portable AC unit upstairs did not work. Unit AC was set up at 74, and it was too warm. AC was controllable only by the remote (not manually like in other hotels) that was located on the wall. We had to call for maintenance and we were very hot first night; there should be a note explaining how to operate it.

Staff was most accommodating and could not have been more pleasant to work with. The restaurant on premises called the edge was also very good. I will definitely be back.!!

The location, the views, the friendliness. Air Conditioning. It was extremely stuffy in our room. More than 1 pouch of regular coffee.

Consierge was helpful
