Everything was great from check in through check out

We had a lovely stay at the Warwick. They let us check in early and leave our bags while we explored downtown Seattle. The only downfall to this property is that it is incredibly expensive to park in the parkade that is specifically attached to the hotel.

This would be there is absolutely NO hotel available downtown and an absolute last resort hotel stay! No real amenities even though there’s a resort fee. All the ice machines were broken, you can’t check in until at 4:30p-5p super inconvenient, there’s no bell services. No automatic doors upon entering or assistance with bags. Beware they charge again along with the incidental fee even after paying via Expedia. I literally have to monitor my credit to ensure all these pending transactions do not process!

Pictures are nothing like the rooms aside from view. The staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms could use some work, the wood of the dresser or tables were cracked and scratched. The noise of down town street life can be loud at times but not bothersome. Bed was comfortable. Lots of walkable things to do close by and close to the link rail station was helpful. The room was clean.

Overall I thought the hotel was very clean, staff was always helpful and quick to respond. Food at the restaurant was very good and the room was very spacious and modern. Would recommend and stay again.

Great location. Lobby has a great ambiance with amazing staff. The hotel is showing a little bit of wear and tear in the hallways and rooms but still a great place to stay. Very comfortable beds and pillows. My kids loved the pool.

Excellent location to explore Seattle. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. They have morning coffee in the restaurant for guest. That was awesome!!! It was free and good. Hot water was unreliable via the sink, okay in the shower.
