The Dylan, a Baymont by Wyndham

This by far was the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. It was filthy. No dead bolt, no outlets in the bathroom It was so disgusting

The toom is very bad designed. The master room has no electricity access. Also there is no access to electricity in bathroom or any mirror close. Check in was terrible. The guy didn’t even look to our face. Elevator was broken for 3 days and nobody cared. The rooms are too noisy due to the train on the street and curtains are not closing the glasses fully so everybody can see you in the room. Basically stay away from this hotel.

Had drain flys in the room. Very outdated and did not look clean due to rusted appliances, bugs, & fixtures. We came back one day and our bathroom light wouldn’t work the front desk had to get switch a breaker for it to work again. It did for what was needed but will never stay again and they need to update their pictures.

Was very old maintenance ok

There are no outlets in the restroom. The rooms were not protected at all from the city noises, people talking, sirens all night.

There were no amenities and no elevator. Very misleading information regarding this “motel”. Definitely NOT Wyndham quality. Images and reviews not true to property. Very disappointing!

Room was clean, very small though. Motel in a great location to be able to get where we wanted to easily. Staff was friendly and helpful. AC worked.

The shower in my room, 205, was difficult to get the temperature leveled out in a comfortable range. Not many amenities so to speak, and the downtown noise was fairly loud. The price may be higher than I’d like for the accommodations, but overall the location was perfect for nearly everything we had planned to do

Disappointed. They over booked and had only the overflow room available as on the alley over the trash. Disgusting tiny room

We stayed here one night before the cruise. It served its purpose. Definitely wouldn't stay for a multiple night trip

Pricing and proximity to the cruise port

The property is a motel stay, rusted out fixtures in the bathroom, linens could be replaced as dingy white. Appears to have been purchased by Wyndham without investment. Walkability to downtown.

Great service

We had good hot water and great water pressure. The fridge made a strange noise but stayed cold. One bed was so soft it would almost eat you alive, while the bed in the side room was nice and firm. We booked a suite, but it didn't really match the pictures online and was missing things shown in the photos, including the nightstands. Unfortunately, our trip didn't get off to a great start. The front desk employee wasn't very friendly or helpful. We really needed to use the restroom, change, and freshen up, but had to wait while he finished an inventory task. After waiting, instead of letting us know it was our turn, he started checking in people who arrived after us. The "breakfast" was honestly a joke and not worth showing up for. On the positive side, the location was great and close to everywhere we wanted to go. The patio was nice for waiting on an Uber, and I appreciated the gated property at night, though clearer instructions for getting back through the gate would help. Overall, a decent older hotel with good housekeeping and a convenient location, but the front desk experience, breakfast, and misleading room photos need improvement.

When I first entered my room it had a very heavy bleach smell. On the bright side, that indicates they care about cleanliness. Suggestion for staff - after cleaning, open some windows to air it out. It's a few blocks to Palace Kitchen (on of my favorites) and the Cinerama theater. 10 minute walk to Pike Place. Overall good value.

I would pick another property to stay at. The hotel is old, dirty and does not match the pictures that are posted.
