The area is walking distance to dinings/bar. Staffs are very friendly. It’s a nice boutique hotel and pet friendly. The parking fee is higher than expected and not spacious and be careful if you have a bigger car.

Staff was very friendly, attentive and helpful. Coffee shop had limited hours and they apparently limited stuff (they ran out of espresso drinks. Only 3 out of 4 of us got a coffee) but there are several places that are walkable for food & beverage options. There was alot of stuff that made this place stand out to me. I arrived early so they held my luggage for me. They provide a cute water bottle (its metal, not plastic) and they have a water bottle refill station in the lobby. Every hotel should offer this! We didn't use them, but they have bikes you can borrow to ride around downtown. Lastly the decor and vibes here are really fun. The bedding was really nice and there were robes in the bathroom. I love that they are big on helping dogs & dog rescues! That was icing on the cake to me. I'd definately go back.

The location is excellent — right in Downtown Seattle, fully walkable and just a short distance from Pike Place Market. It made exploring the city incredibly easy and convenient. The hotel itself was comfortable, welcoming, and well‑situated for anyone wanting to be close to the main attractions. Overall, a very pleasant stay and a great base for discovering Seattle. The price was on the higher side, but I suspect this is largely due to staying in August, which is peak season in Seattle.

Staff and âmenities were perfect. The pour over coffee machine a treat. Just need better lighting in the bathroom for makeup application

Pretty clean and nice staff

Good location that’s well situated between space needle and pike place and very walkable. Suite was very spacious. Bring your own pillow. Parking and hotel fee add $80+

The staff were nice and the welcome cookie was delicious. Overall this hotel was disappointing. It was $325 a night, but was really not worth it, first impression was not great, the lobby was dark and looked dirty and uncared for. The room had a bad musty smell, with a view over a rooftop car park, the black and red decor was tacky, we had booked for 3 nights and didn't stay, there were plenty of other hotels in the city with a similar price point that were cleaner and much nicer.

Location: walking distance to Pike Place and the light rail. Unfortunately our kids were exposed to some of the inner-city things that we don't have where we're from as we were walking from the hotel to Pike Place Market. I didn't expect to see drug use, overdoses, drug zombies, police loading someone into a body bag on the sidewalk, or people cutting off bike locks to steal bikes all within 2 blocks on our walk from the hotel to Pike Place Market. We mapped out a different route back and saw less of that but that was something our kids didn't need to see. If we had driven, we would have loved that there was a dedicated parking garage. That's a huge benefit, as well as the bikes guests can check out to ride around the city. Our room was a standard room. Everything was clean and worked. The walls were a little thin so there was some noise from other guests in the hallway. It made for not a very restful sleep. The AC was fantastic because it was HOT while we were there. No views to speak of from our room except of other rooftops.

Was surprised and disappointed at check in to learn of a resort fee as the staff called it (amenity fee on the bill) and a $52/night parking fee which added $87/night to the cost of the room. The staff kept telling us there was free bottled water and soft drinks but it isn’t free if you are paying an additional fee for the resort/amenities. There was not pool or anything that warranted the extra charges in my mind. Also, the toilet area was very small. In order to sit on the toilet I had to squeeze my shoulders together.

Loved the friendly staff, great location downtown, and clean room! We walked to the waterfront and market easily. Would definitely recommend!

Location. Rooms relatively small and very limited amenities.

Location is good. When I asked a receptionist to send a clean-lady to clean up the broken glass, the clean-lady brought a new glass, but didn't bother to clean the floor to remove the broken glass. The room wasn't cleaned even once for two days. But they silently deducted $50 from my deposit.
