Worn out hotel. Lumpy bed. Everything needs a makeover.

It was an okay stay, property looked run down, but they make the best with what they have. So it's not terrible, its clean and close to the space needle, the lobby bathroom can use some love during the day. The only crazy part was that we had a room that sleeps 4, and only 3 towels when I asked for more at the desk, they said they did not have linen on property. And declined giving ne extra towels, or atleast enough for each person in the room lol

The hotel has a prime location and check-in was smooth :)

Passable

C'est un vieil hôtel mais quand même bien entretenu. L'emplacement est génial près de tout les lieux touristiques.

The hotel is old and needs a lot of updating. The bed was lumpy and the safe didn't work. The pool was clean and the hot tub was hot, but the jets were really weak. The staff was friendly and the location was good, very close to the Space Needle. We thought we were getting breakfast, but apparently they haven't had breakfast since Covid!! They said they have tried to notify Hotels.com without success. It was ok for our needs.

The shower was also really quite poor. In the first room we found carpet Beatles. When we were down in the pool area, my wife came down to get us and spotted a rat running around the sides. On the plus side the location was pretty cool minutes walk to the space needle and all of that part only about 15 minutes or so down to Pike’s place though the walk back is fairly uphill. As a family, I would not recommend staying here unless you’re a very tight budget.

Basic hotel at lower cost. Perfect to sleep and leave.

1. The pathway to our room on the third floor has a very steep ramp that is dangerous to people with disabilities. I have a wheelchair but the ramp is very steep that it resembles a slalom race course. 2. There was NO housekeeping for 4 days! Despite repeated requests with the front desk, the room wasn't cleaned for our 4 night stay. It was only when I complained the second time because we were out of toilet paper, no dry towels, and trash cans are full that housekeeping came to provide the supplies and empty the trash. No cleaning whatsoever done. The first time we complained about the lack of housekeeping, the employee at the reception stated that we have made the request with the morning shift employees and that the they are now the mid shift. It's as if they don't have the responsibility to follow through since the request was not made during their shift. 3. Staff just pretend to write down your room number and request but they don't act on it. There's still points 4,5, 6, 7, 8 but there is no space here. It is very obvious that the employees in this facility need to be trained better. The owners, presumably Chris Tudor of Seattle, seems to not care about the upkeep of the hotel. Staff need to be trained on customer service. Turnover procedures between shifts should be improved. It is very obvious that employees in this hotel are not motivated to properly do their jo

The pool was fantastic.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The building is old. The elevator didn’t work until the morning we were leaving. The location was great to the space needle and local sites.

The room was tight/small. Paid for 2 queens got 2 fulls. The bed was comfy but it was difficult to get our suitcases into the room. This place needs a refresh big time. It felt like I was stepping into 1982.

The room smelled moldy & not very clean. The window in our room didn't open at all. Also, the front desk lady basically threw a fit over our service animals-two of us had seeing eye guide dogs & they barked when the housekeeping lady started opening our door without knocking first. Scared us all and made our guide dogs bark. The front desk lady came down arguing with us about the situation and acted as if she knew all and was all high and mighty. We will never return to this hotel again. On a good note, the beds were very comfy to sleep in that night.

Staff was helpful, and it was close to the bus lines and to downtown. It was pretty quiet and had what I needed for resting in the evenings before being out all day. Thanks!

Probably won't stay there again. The hotels okay but it was too much for just a place to sleep and shower,by the time they added in all the taxes and parking fees it was $100 more than what I planned on for the room Seattle's just too expensive to stay in

I believe in writing honest reviews. I read what others post; it helps me to decide on a lodging. What did I like? The location is good. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was quite nice; clean and comfortable. The bathroom was decent. The a/c unit did its job with minimal fuss. The wi-fi works. If you need to be in the area for a concert or sporting event at Climate Pledge Arena, this place is a valid option. The price is about $100 less per night than surrounding properties. Read my "didn't like" below to find out why. Here comes the honesty. This place is OLD. Judging by it's location near the Space Needle and the Seattle Center, I would guess that it was built around the time of the World's Fair which was at the current location of the Seattle Center. That means that it is 60 (+ or -) years old. It looks it. The public areas look like they are held together by the multiple layers of paint that has been applied over the years rather than do a complete remodel. There is a lot of surface wiring to connect modern systems since they have no access into the walls. Don't let them kid you, there is no breakfast because they don't have a breakfast space or facility. Wyndham needs to do a complete renovation of this location, or tear it down and re-build a 21st century property.

We had to change room three times. The first one had a leak in the sink in the bathroom that flooded the floor, the second one smelt like mildew and mold and the third one was infested with bugs.
