Room is very outdated. Sofa bed is lumpy. Sheets had holes and knitted blanket for sofa bed was all torn on edges. Pillows lumpy and flat. Hair on bathroom floor. Shower curtain did not cover tub well so water splashed out on both sides. Only one hook on the bathroom door. No place to hang towels for 4-5 guests. Shampoo/conditioner/soap holder was right underneath the shower head and high up so when you go towards getting the soap/shampoo, water pours right down your face from the strong shower head. AC unit literally right next to bed so the air was blasting right onto the person sleeping on that side. Killed two insects- one by window and other on wall. The base of bed was torn and dirty. No cover on the TV remote control where the battery is held. A piece of the floor corner molding fell off. Tiny closet tucked in small corner - could barely get into it. No dresser or draws. No safe. Breakfast was okay. Hot food is cold and not cooked well (bacon and sausages soggy). Dishes/cups/bowls were placed high up on shelves. Not friendly for shorter guests. Location is good. Convenient to downtown (walkable). Aside from the convenient location, I would not recommend this hotel. This is fine for a business person travelling alone and only needs a good bed to sleep. Not suitable for families. Staff was pleasant and helpful though.

Great location and the breakfast had lots of variety. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Staff was very helpful. Downside was the hotel didn’t have a pool and the laundry requires you to use an app and give it all your information.

All staffs were nice and helpful. We got there a couple hours before check in time and a staff let us check in early, it was really kind of them. We’ll stay there again.

Our room was clean and the breakfast had a variety of options. The staff was very friendly and informative.

The Room Is excellent, my kids really love them . and the view from its room is amazing, space needle is stunning. and close to attractions , food and bus stop.And the staff are really helpful specially those people in the breakfast. Your breakfast are perfect , scrambled eggs, and lot of choices, keep it up guys and We hope we will come back there. and I hope all Hyatt Place is like yours. Thank you.

Too small of an area. Very crowded More seating not in the lobby.

Got to the room and the toilet had blood on it, asked them to clean it. After cleaning the bed had stains on the comforter, asked for a new room at this point. None available, so they remade the bed. Unfortunately no discount or reimbursement was made over the unfortunate cleanliness

The facility is very clean, the room was clean, bigger than anticipated. Breakfast Buffett was lovely, the kids really enjoyed it, especially the pancake maker. The gym was surprisingly big, clean and well equipped. The squat rack was a nice surprise, not very typical in hotel gyms!
