We had a great stay, check in was simple and easy, the room was clean and had a great view of the city! This is the second CitizenM property we have stayed at and we always enjoy returning!

We had a great stay here and the location was within walking distance to a lot of things we wanted to do and see. Only issue was the TV not always working properly - sometimes it wouldnt work to screencast shows from our phones, sometimes the channels didn't work, but other than that our stay was great.

very nice and modern design. Loved how everything including lighting and shades can be controlled from a tablet!

The room was minimalist...few in-room amenities. Very clean, but with only four walls and an uncarpeted floor, there was little to make dirty. There was no in-room coffee, however it was available downstairs. There was no closet, however there was a small half-size hanging space. There was a safe and two bottles of water. The room was very sterile in appearance and functionality.

I liked everything, but the room was too small because there was no room around the entire bed to move. At the age of 63 I had to climb over the person that I was sleeping with to get into the bed. Didn’t like that. Although she did, ha ha ha. Coffee was excellent. Toiletries were exceptional

Very cool vibe, loved the futuristic theme as well as playing Simon says with the bathroom lights. Definetly will stay here again.

Staff here are truly kind and will try to do everything they can to make your experience better. I unfortunately had several problems with the room I was staying in but they accommodated me immediately. The staff truly cared about their guests.

This was truly an new experience. The retro look and upbeat feeling of the lobby was great. The size of the room surprised us at first but we loved it once settled in. The bed was comfortable and the service was great. Excellent location and excellent service. Would have love to have breakfast included.
