Clean room great breakfast and perfect down town location

It was great

The beds are so comfortable.The hotel was right close to everything we wanted to do.The staff very helpful even got me transportation to the cruise ship.The breakfast was excellent.

The staff was amazing. I had placed an order with Safeway to show up after I got there but it got there before I checked in, and after getting checked in the staff brought down my order. The food was amazing, I have never had a breakfast like that. If I am ever going back this is my go to hotel.

Everything was good except parking on the garage was very tight.

Great stay, comfortable room, great breakfast, easy walking distance to museums in downtown Seattle.

Had trouble with an early checkin.

The hotel is super convenient for the Space Needle, Chihuly and the arena which are all 5-10 mins walk away. Supermarket down the block, bus around the corner, bar across the street. So clean and quiet. We walk everywhere so we were able to get pretty much everywhere walking 20-30 mins. Great for big groups. The rooms are very spacious. We had the King bed for my husband and myself. My son had a pull out couch made for 2 but it was quite lumpy. Breakfast is a bit chaotic and repetitive. There was sausage every single day. No other bacon or pork. Also no hot options for religious reasons. The garbage at breakfast was unmanageable. It was always overflowing. The hallways are a little narrow and getting to some of the large rooms is quite a hike. Having coffee and water available at all times is definitely awesome! The staff was not very talkative or friendly.

The was was ok but the bed was like sleeping on the floor it was so hard. The water had so much chlorine you could not drink it.

The suite was spacious, clean and inviting. Staff was ready to help and answer any questions. We will definitely stay here for our next visit to Seattle

Comfortable room, close to the Seattle center. $40 for parking? Cmon.. The breakfast was terrible and the server rude.
