Convenient location... thought the breakfast was a bit too pricey for what ya got.

The room was only cleaned once in 5 days. The breakfast wasn't free. The front desk folks didn't provide help with respect to things to do near the hotel.

Great place to stay. Didn't get to experience a ton since we arrived late but it was clean and did it's job

Check in staff was very helpful as well as bartender. General staff not so much. The room was set up for one person. Only one towel setup, one bootle of water. Everyday we had to ask for towels. Ask for room to be cleaned, it was not. We did not receive a copy of our bill. Dont know what our final charge was. Ask for a small ice pack to be frozen over night for me to use to keep medicine cold. It was put in the refrigerator.

This hotel was so quiet. It felt like I was at home with the quiet! Breakfast was great for my partner but I am gluten free. There were no real choices that I can eat. The tables in the courtyard were dirty and I had to ask each night for a wet and dry towel to clean them. All in all, we would stay again!

I like the convenience of breakfast but did not like the additional charge. It cost over $100.00 for 4 people to eat breakfast.

Four Points is a great lodging choice when visiting Seattle Center. It has all the amenities you need at a reasonable price. The staff and their customer service ethics are outstanding

Overall, OK experience. Booked a room expecting to sleep 4 adults and two young children. The pullout couch in the picture definitely did not match what we received. The pullout couch had barely a thin foam liner for the cushion, when asking the staff to retrieve a delivered package from their stockroom, they claim that nothing was delivered and I should check the property next-door as the address is the same for both properties. Neighboring property stated that this rarely happens and they definitely have separate addresses. After multiple attempts to check if my package was delivered, nothing could be found. It was only after I showed them a delivery confirmation photo from the courier, showing the front desk computers in the background did they find the package. Suitable for an overnight stay prior to boarding our cruise ship, but wouldn’t recommend staying longer than a night.

Room was old but clean. Staff was good and helpful. But very very expensive. You have to pay for parking($30per day) and breakfast($22 per person.) overall good experience.
