Great location. Santa Fe Plaza was about a 10 minute walk. There were a couple of nice restaurants nearby. We parked the car and could walk to everything.

And seriously? To park your own car in the hotel parking lot (not covered, just a parking lot) you pay $10/night ??? Absurd. Anyone paying for a room should not have to pay to park. Have stayed at several nicer hotels in Santa Fe with no parking penalty. Maybe if there were valet service, but there’s not, and having it here would not make sense. Next time we stay elsewhere.

Excellent location

This is an old 1960s-era motel property that has been spruced up to serve a higher-end lodging market than it was originally built to serve. It is in reasonable shape, though is beginning to show it's age. The area is very quiet, so you won't have to worry about noise from boom cars, loud motorcycles, clubs, etc. That's a giant plus. Also a huge plus is the fact that the area surrounding this property is very walkable. It's excellent if your intent is to stay relatively affordably near key destinations in the heart of Santa Fe. Walk a short distance in one direction and you'll be at the Plaza. Walk a short distance in another and you'll be at the Roundhouse (New Mexico State Capitol, with its outstanding, large art collection). There are multiple restaurants, art galleries, museums, etc. all around.

Staff was helpful and efficient Rooms are maintained however the curtains need replacing

Great location. Great value especially for Santa Fe.
-
Great place to stay, close to the Plaza. I was disappointed that they charged us @10 to park in the hotel parking lot and they no longer have breakfast available.
-
Our room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the location was great for being in walking distance to the historic center of Santa Fe. For an older hotel/motel, it was well maintained. The front desk staff could have been more friendly and helpful but didn’t seem interested in communicating.
-
Its so close to the plaza walking distance. Parking on site safe secure. Uber comes and goes easily. Pool is great, coffee, big shower with body and hair washes. Great Chinese food right next door. Food shopping all over the place. Book it

Wish the pool was heated but it was nice.

This was the second time we stayed here and it was once again a great choice! Clean and very convenient to historic Santa Fe!

Fair property good location

Too expensive? But it was Indian market weekend.

Clean room. Good location to walk downtown and to the plaza. Staff was average. No breakfast. Make sure you get a parking pass at check in. I was not given one and found a nasty gram on my windshield threatening to tow my vehicle. Don’t think I would stay there again
-
Don't let this motel stop you from staying here. The rooms are new, bedding comfortable, nice bathrooms, huge parking lot so you don't have to park a mile away. It 's quiet. location, 3 minutes to the plaza with shops and dining along the way.
-
Easy walk to the plaza.

liked parking right at my door but not at $10 per day. bed was comfy. liked the hanging flower baskets i checked in at 4PM. there were several parties before me and two employees staffing the front desk who were competent and efficient so the wait was not long. However not once did either of them ever smile or issue a warm welcome to any of us. did not like the shower. could not open the forward door; it appeared to be sealed shut (?) so unable to turn on the shower to warm up the water before stepping in so had to endure 60 seconds of ice cold water b4 it started to warm up. could not squeeze the bath soap hard enough to get anything out. either there wasnt anything in there or my hands were too weak (I am elderly) I ended up just using the small bar of sink soap. did not like paying $10 a day for parking and not having a complimentary breakfast like most places. Overall the room seemed dark and dated though certainly serviceable enough, just not at $200+ a night. I guess I was paying for the location, Sorry if I'm being too critical but I work in the tourism industry.
