Hotel St Francis

Brandon is a great representative for the hotel; he was customer friendly & very efficient. We arrived early & appreciated being granted an early check-in. Our room was very clean & comfortable. The hotel's location is ideal. We enjoyed our time at the Secreto Bar, where Storm took excellent care of my husband & me. We would stay at the hotel again & highly recommend.

Very helpful, friendly staff

The rooms are small but clean and comfortable and the bathroom is updated. The staff is pleasant and helpful. There’s fresh coffee in the lobby every morning. It has a nice lobby and outdoor seating area. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

The room looked nothing like the photos, the bathroom was extremely dirty and the room was so musty it was hard to breath. Also there was noise from a club until 2am.

Great place to stay

I was in Santa Fe for Indian Market, which I attend every August. Loved this hotel, but will not stay here again. The entire check-out experience on the last day of the Market was shockingly sub-standard. The polite but poorly trained staff did the very best they could under difficult circumstances. When I went to check out, there was no one in sight. I finally saw a member of the housekeeping staff and asked her if anyone was around. A GUEST nearby told me there was one guy working and was out helping someone. He finally returned, clearly frazzled, but polite. Doing the best he could. I then went out to the Valet, where, again, no one was to be seen. All told it took 25 minutes for me to get my car, because they had 1 guy working. Again, he was clearly doing the best he could. All the kids working on the staff are nice and polite but have ZERO professional training in customer service, hotel management, how you speak to guests, etc. This hotel NEEDS to have more than 1 person at reception and valet. Ironically enough, I also stayed at a Best Western in Albuquerque where all the staff were kids in their 20s, and every single one of them were well-trained in hotel management etiquette. It was very impressive. For the amount the Hotel St. Francis charges for rooms, it was unacceptable. They should do better.

Absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful historic hotel. Lovely accommodations and the staff were all incredible! We all Highly recommended!

Rooms are small but very clean and charming. Staff is responsive to needs and location is excellent.

Everyone is very friendly starting from the valet attendant to the restaurant.

I love this hotel for its charm

Better to inquire about it to make sure is over or you are not given a room on that side, Also need full length mirror in rooms or at least per floor .

Only redeeming quality was that staff was super nice. Not sure it was worth the expensive rate we paid Felt like YMCA with a bed

The hotel is exceptional when it comes to the staff and cleanliness. The room are very comfortable. The hotel does not have many amenities but make it up in the staff's willingness to make their guest comfortable.

Excellent location. First room was spacious with a bathroom that needed refurbishing. Second room was small but had a terrific bathroom, fully refurbished.
