Great location. Excellent restaurant on site. Room were very comfortable. The electrical outlets were difficult to use as the devices would not make a good connection.

The room was comfortable with a huge bed which had the best mattress ever. There were no porters at all to help us with our luggage , no staff to be seen around the lobby apart from one receptionist behind the desk during our 5 night stay.

Beautiful hotel There was a huge truck parked below my window. It created noise throughout the night. I complained so they comped my valet parking and gave me a free breakfast voucher. That was a nice thing to do.

The total facility was very clean. There was some construction taking place, but the hallways were kept clean and passable.

The property itself was very nice and in great condition. Our room was spacious and clean and very comfortable. We liked the aluminum re-usable water bottles provided rather than the standard bottled water in plastic - very environmentally friendly! We had a meal at the hotel restaurant and loved it! Nothing I can think of.

Historic hotel that still maintains its charm and attractiveness. Mission style architecture and rooms are also historic mission style. Excellent location which is right on the Santa Fe Square.

The location is definitely a plus. They are missing a bar which i think they are building a new one. I just wish their house keeping did a better job in upkeep of the room.

We got free upgrade to the terrace room. It was spacious beautiful room! View was amazing and we just love it! Very close to shops and staffs were super friendly. We had a valet parking and it was worth it! None at all!
