Hyatt Regency Santa Clara

Stayed in a room with 2 doubles. Nice hotel with a bar and plenty of seating area right when you walk in. Was able to check in early with no fees. Parking overnight on-site was easy and 40$ per night. The hotel has 4 elevators which can get busy during events but it was fast pace and moving. 10-15 min walk to Levi stadium. Spacious room, only downside was the shower didn't have no water pressure.

Bathrooms are a bit outdated but cleaned. The big pro is that is so close to the stadium.

Parking is very expensive. Stuck in lot, key card didn’t work to exit. Packed weekend and elevators very slow.

Overall good experience with the exception of getting wrong beverage at room service and a broken phone in the room. I would say it was a good day. The only negative was the bed is very uncomfortable.

I stayed here for a concert and booked a room with a stadium view it was super nice. They managed the foot traffic from the concert really well.

Good stay

The location was prime for the venue we went to. There was a fight at midnight on our floor. It was scary and loud. Security didn’t do enough to help the situation that lasted about 30-45 minutes. The cops should have been called I was disappointed with that. Check-in was great everyone was helpful. Shame on the management for not intervening as well, security needed support.

Clean, great staff and parking for games.

Will have to come back hotel is beautiful and staff so nice and helpful. Has a great experience!

Perfect view of the 49er stadium

Loved staying here. Aside from the hotel being nice, the restaurant in the hotel has great food and drinks.

The place was so pretty, my bay enjoy the pool and the service was great

It was madness because of the concert but the hotel had everything down and made the whole experience so smooth

Parking was easy to find, only downfall we had was that our room was not ready at check in time. We had to wait for over an hour to get our room. Apart from that we enjoyed that the hotel was walking distance to the stadium for our concert

I'm not sure if we missed a sign about surcharge fees but my sisters and I dined at the restaurant there. When we received our bill it listed additional fees which we didn't know. Consider when dining. Overall stay was excellent and very convenient.
