Clean, smells good, good location for Levi’s stadium event

Everything was perfect.

Our stay was perfect for what we needed it for. We were there for a concert and was walking distance from Levi stadium. The only thing I did not like is you have to pay for parking there $25 a day. Should not have to pay for parking when we are paying to stay there.

Door had no light, light switches didn’t work, mini fridge was TINY, could hear floors above and below stomping.

Staff was not very welcoming and came off rude. Walked up and they acted as if it was the biggest inconvenience.

I was very surprised by how beautiful the hotel the first two nights i was very pleased with my stay. But somehow on our last morning someone went and checked us out of our room early in the morning. the staff didn’t bother to verify that it was the correct room! I was awoken by the cleaning staff trying to open my room. they told me that the front desk told them i was checked out. When i went downstairs the girl at the front desk was very rude! She said I personally went and checked out. i told her that was impossible as i was just woken up by their employees trying to open my room! She checked me back in and made the remarks that it was almost time to check out. I still had 3 more hours! Their employees kept coming back and knocking after we told them we weren’t ready to check out yet! That was very frustrating! Up to that moment i was very pleased with my stay until that whole situation happened!

Staff not very welcoming but very clean property. Stayed on a concert night at Levi’s so parking was $25. The ADA room we were assigned needs attention in the shower area as the bathroom floods when you shower and the door doesn’t fully close (gaps so no privacy). The smells that are pumped are a bit overwhelming. Would stay again in a different room.

Fast check-in and check-out, easy parking, clean room and bigger than expected. 30 minute walk to Levi’s Stadium. Would stay here again for future events.

My partner and I absolutely loved the room, it felt modern and the AC was amazing!

My family (family of 5) and sister (family of 4) stayed for the Becky G concert and left with bed bug bites all over our bodies. My brother in and youngest daughter got the worst with their legs and back covered. I had them on my legs. From a superficial level, everything looked clean but the bug bites are not deniable. If it was only me, maybe. But not my whole family and we were I separate rooms! Disgusting.
