Definitely enjoyed our stay.

Clean room, with great amenities, convenient location with easy access to Levi stadium and restaurants nearby

So pretty stay! Only stayed there for few hours but very cute and clean

Staff was friendly, my room was clean, but the way to get in that isn’t a main entrance was tricky because the pavement is not surfaced

The staff was great with the exception of Damian. I have never had someone be more hostile and rude at a hotel or in any hospitality for that matter. I have stayed at the hotel several times and it has always been a great experience. It’s beyond me how the guy is actually a manager. Story is to long to tell here but if someone from that hotel or Hilton wants to chat then I am happy to tell the whole story. Bottom line is even if the guy was having a bad day and took it out on me there is no way he should be a manager

Me and my family stayed for an event nearby and it was nice, not far from Levi’s stadium and californias great America

I stayed here to attend a training at UC Santa Cruz satellite campus. The hotel is about 5 minutes, if that, from the campus. There are many places to eat all around this area. Check out the Santa Clara Plaza on the other side of the freeway where you'll find Fleming's Steak House, Chipotle, and many other shops. On the same side of the hotel, there is a Wing StopPizza My Heart, and sandwich shop, and an Iguana's (known for their giant burritos). Conveniently located off the Hwy 101, the hotel had plenty of free parking all around the hotel, a Starbuck's next door, and a restaurant onsite. The room had a very comfortable bed with great bedding and nice bathroom. Check in was easy and quick. The only reason why I didn't give it all 5 stars was that the carpet felt damp and I was uncomfortable walking on it without socks or shoes. The parking area to left (next to the Indian restaurant) had a weird vibe to me...like someone might break into my car or maybe people aimlessly wander through that side of the parking lot. Could've just been me. Woke up the next morning and all was fine. I will stay here again. My only regret is that I didn't have time to enjoy the pool area.

Check in time is 3 we got there at 3:30 they did not have are rooms ready and available till 5:40 which made us late to the event we were going to was not able to get ready on time.

Stayed for 1 night in a king bed room, it was so comfy and clean. Staff was nice.

The hotel and our room were very clean, bed was comfortable, and the hotel was walking distance to Levi Stadium. The TV in our room wasn’t working when we checked-in. We called the front desk and they said that they were going to send someone to fix it and they never did, most likely because they were very busy that day. We were just there for one night, so it wasn’t a big deal.
