The DEXTRO Little Italy, BW Premier Collection

My only complaint is that the entrance to the hotel is right next to the freeway on ramp. Our first time driving in we accidentally got on the freeway. PS you can’t hear freeway noises. Would stay here again

Great location and very walkable to little Italy.

Also be advised, the hotel only cleans the room after the 3rd night. I had to check with the desk about that early afternoon. They did clean the room very well while we were out to lunch but hadn't quite finished when we returned so we hung out in the lobby for a few minutes. The housekeeper came down to let us know when they were done...she was very sweet & professional. The morning we left we had buffet breakfast in the hotel restaurant for an added $20/person, it was tasty with plenty of variety. My only complaint is no decaf coffee available in the hotel lobby or restaurant. We walked to the Chevron station across the street to get decaf daily. The hotel was VERY busy that final Thursday morning with people coming & going and only 2 elevators to serve 16 floors. Everyone was friendly & patient. Lots of international folks, and families as well as Navy service men & women. Overall a very nice stay and wonderful location!

I had a very nice time staying here at the Dextro Hotel in Little Italy! It was so nice to wake up every morning and look out my window and see a view if San Diego Bay and the downtown skyline! My room/bathroom was clean and just great for my birthday week vacation!

We were there to drop off our son at SDSU. We were walking distance to some great restaurants and cafe’s and the water front. The rooms are very clean and the bathrooms were modern and large. Soaps smelled great. Staff were super helpful and kind. Parking - although full and tight was easy. This is a great place to stay for visiting SDSU of for trips to the city.

This hotel was nice overall except for the noise level. The freeway noise is sooooo loud! This is hands down the loudest hotel we have ever stayed in, and we travel often.

I LOVED IT HERE!! Great staff, great location, near plenty of stuff, the breakfast was amazing!! Happy hour was to die for!! Everything was amazing! I definitely would come back every time!! And beds were so nice & comfy <3

Breakfast was good, but there was a delay in seats, plating and food taking a while to be served. It would help to have better coordination. Also avoid having guest take food upstairs, all they do is delay the elevator and take plates to room that could be used for those dining for breakfast.

Humberto at the bar was the best. We would stay again!

The staff at the front desk were very helpful, polite, and friendly. They quickly checked us into our room, but when I got to the room, I noticed a strong cigarette smell and that the room was dirty. The shower drain plug was broken, and so was our sink plug. They did fix the problem the following day, but only for the sink, and they did not clean up the mess that was made. To top it off, our room was not cleaned that day, even though the brochure given to us at the front desk stated that rooms are cleaned daily. Really disappointed with the stay and the price I paid for two nights.

Honestly loved loved loved this hotel. Easy check in process, comfortable beds, incredibly clean. Great location loved being so close to little Italy
