Parking can be an issue, so plan ahead. I have a Handicap Sticker and found handicap parking close to the hotel. We will be back.

Wonderful stay. Location was great. Very walkable to Restaurants and waterfront. Definitely recommend!

Good location and room got the job done. But if you’re booking for the pet friendly amenities…just know the pet can’t be left alone in the room. Which defeats the purpose but something you should consider beforehand.

It was simple, but cute and super close and central to lots of places to walk to including public transportation. Staff was friendly and we had a really visit. My wife and I would recommend especially if you are looking for a place where you can get around without a car. It's also only about 10 minutes from the airport.

Great location walking distance to the waterfront and around the corner from little Italy. Clean updated rooms for an older building. Secure and easy in and out parking garage for $25. Small continental breakfast but good quality yogurt and bake goods.

Location couldn’t be more fun. Mattress was very good. Decoration a bit boring.

A great stay for a great price at just under $160 a night in the heart of Little Italy.

Location is excellent. Room is not upmarket, but it is certainly adequate. No complaints

We stayed here for three nights and definitely enjoyed it. The room was just a basic size hotel room but it’s all we needed. It was clean and had ac and the bed was comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is in the middle of Little Italy and walkable to so many restaurants, the trolley and the waterfront. Not to mention the farmers market is half a block away. Although it is not a “fancy” hotel I would recommend of you want to be in the thick of Little Italy.

Cons: The elevator is a little slow and it could use some more seating for breakfast. There are a couple really nice covered tables just outside the front door, but be sure to be early during a busy weekend.

We only stayed one night. The staff was very friendly and accomodating! The room was small but was clean enough; again, we only stayed one night. We would stay here again if it was just a night or two. The location is very ideal. Overall, really good experience. No complaints!

The bathrooms and sinks weren't in good shape; our bathroom had a smudged mat in it and the finish was coming off of the tub. I understand that wear and tear happens, but the mat could have at least been cleaned or replaced. The desk staff did their best to help with issues. Of course, they are limited in what they can do, but they were nice and attentive. The location of the hotel is right in Little Italy and next to downtown. Walking out of the hotel and around the corner of the building opens onto a vibrant market full of shops and restaurants. My score for this is based on the comfort of the room itself, the price for value, and my experiences in other urban hotels of this type that attempt to be boutique. For example, we stayed at Hotel Lucia in Portland earlier this year, which is the same type of boutique hotel in the city, and it blew this hotel away in terms of comfort, amenities, and cleanliness. You would be better off getting the same quality for cheaper at nearby Motel 6 or just paying a bit extra a night for a superior Little Italy hotel than staying here. Sadly, you should avoid this hotel.
