Everything was great the only think is that if we are guest why parking is that expensive is almost another night for guest should be free we are guest

We reported this to the reception manager who apologised, offered a pest control spray, and said she would take $50 off our daily rate for the duration of our stay as compensation. Since checkout, we have not received the compensation as promised and the hotel did not respond to my communication reminding them of this.

The beds were very comfortable and pillows. Everything was clean and everyone was very helpful. The pool is heated and the breakfast is great. You just have to worry about people stealing your toast. Lol

Basic stay. Staff welcoming and friendly. Clean room but aroma was not the best. Equipped with all the needed amenities and appliances. No lotion but soaps and all yes.

From the moment we checked in we were impressed. The lovely young lady (with curly hair)on reception was very friendly and helpful. Despite this hotel being a little older, we found it to be very clean everywhere. The photos on Expedia don’t do it justice. The pool was lovely n warm, and I was surprised to see a chest full of pool toys for guests to use. Breakfast was pretty basic, but the staff kept replenishing it quickly as it was really busy. As a Marriott Platinum member I stay at loads of their properties and have to say this one really could show a lot of their other properties how to run and maintain a hotel. The staff obviously are a real credit to Marriott. Even the cleaners n maintenance staff were super nice. We stayed in a 2 bedroom on the third floor and were worried about the train tracks that were right outside our window, however we barely heard a noise from it! We will definitely stay here again.

Check in was delayed till 6pm, and that was after calling multiple times to check on the room. We were out and unable to check in until 10pm and then were told there was a HVAC problem with no room available. We waited 30 mins while they figured out a solution only to have to drive to gaslamp for our room.

I stood here for a full week with my family, I was worried because I have two younger daughters and needed a crib for my youngest. The staff were super accommodating and provided a pack and play for us. Over all the staff was super nice and very helpful when we had questions, the area is a great area we walked a lot, and just followed well lit areas which you can see from the preprint is the majority surrounding it. We will book there again, thank you hotel staff for everything and making our stay wonderful!

They have a pepsi fountain machine but it was only on in the morning.

The pool was perfect for my 5 year old. She delighted in being able to walk across the shallow end and really appreciated the pool toys. They hosted a bbq dinner one night, and overall the staff was super helpful and kind. Occasional noise from the train.

The facility is clean, the room is spacious, and it’s well located by the pier/Embarcadero. They were also kind enough to hold my luggage as I had a gap between checkout, and when my flight was.

Our stay was just okay, great centralized location near the water. Our issue was the bathroom, had to call someone to fix the toilet and the light took forever to turn on. It was annoying. The elevator can definitely be a little bit bigger, it was difficult to maneuver the luggage cart.
