What I didn’t like about my stay was that the room was too hot regardless of adjusting the temperature thermostat. Room to the restroom didn’t completely close and at one point got locked in the restroom, triggering a panic attack. As for the pool and hot tub, too small that it would get crowded and other guests had no pool/hot tub etiquette. Had to wait a while due to housekeeping not done with room by check in time yet they showed up one hour before checkout time.

I am a new Hilton member.I loved the location, valet service and staff. Breakfast was fully stocked. My stays will always be with Hilton

I was completely taken by surprise after spending 495 dollars.for one-night that the hotel charged an additional 65 dollars to park. No self parking allowed!

The rooms were very clean and tidy. Staff is very kind and helpful. Breakfast was good. Overall great experience.

near downtown

The rooms were great, we stayed in suite, the toaster did not work, but everything else did. The staff was attentive, the pool was clean. the are did run out of pool towels frequently. The breakfast was good, it was the same every day except 2 days included pancakes. it was with in walking distance to a lot of things and a short dive to many of the things we wanted to do. There is a train near by, but was not bothered by it.

Convenient location I booked a harbor view room and all I got was the view of a palm tree blocking the actual view.

Exceptional

The overall property looks nice and aesthetically pleasing. The room itself looks nice and clean until you start to look closely and/or use any items in the kitchen. We had a broken handle on the microwave, a broken steak knife, 2 cooking utensils were dirty and sitting in the drawer. The dish soap was a bit used as well as the paper towels. I did make the front desk aware of the issues. However, it’s conveniently located near walkable areas. The parking situation is not the best but the valet employees were excellent with their service. The breakfast buffet was good.

Check-In was quick and easy. The staff was friendly and the room was clean.

It was clean, the staff was really nice The view of the room was not great, our room was facing the alley, and the pool was 3ft deep. Those two things made it feel like we payed too much for what we got.

Great stag

The room was so nice and clean. The view of the bay was a plus. No room service, buffet breakfast wasn't that great, and man who checked me in was rude. He was wearing a Candy Land Cafe shirt. Wasn't helpful at all.

Still waiting on my receipt. But the front desk was amazing. I want to say Alona was her name. She was telling us how during construction her boyfriend found her ring that she thought she lost but her boyfriend found it in the drain. Man she was animated and awesome. And she was awesome in helping us get through our stay. Love how she went out of her way to help us. Owe one thing I wish I knew that parking is Valet only and will cost you $65 dollars. So plan accordingly your not going to use it there is parking in the streets. You may have to wait but eventually you will find parking on the street.

Our room and the location of the hotel were great! They had a social area downstairs with some games and places to sit. Every night we went down there it was trashed by parents letting the kids run all around. Noticed it never got cleaned.

Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Welcoming staff was so kind and accommodating. My only con is that the hallways didn’t have air conditioning, nor did the elevators
-
DID NOT LIKE: Can hear walking from room above + voices from next rooms. Elevators smelled. Nitcenough ventilation & needs cleaning.
-
You could hear everything from upstairs or next door
-
All light switches in the room were very difficult to turn on lights Wall plugs were all loose had trouble using them
