Better breakfast was limited and felt that only few things put out. No towels near pool

The attention and cleanliness very good, but the beds are not comfortable at all and the breakfast there is no variety and it is the same menu every day.

There was a used towel in my room on check in.4th floor hallway was not vacuumed for 3 or 4 days . It was done after I complaineda. My favorite was housekeeping coming into my room when the do not disturb was on the door.

Great location. Great price. Great staff however I definitely noticed a different in cleanliness in the hotel since my last stay. Not dirty by any means however just not as clean as my last visit 2 years prior. Fire pit was a great amenity

The rooms were clean but extremely tiny. No drawers or closets anywhere in the rooms. We had to live out of our suitcase for 2 nights. There were pegs on the wall with hangers where you could hang your clothes. The walls are also paper thin so could hear everything going on in the room next door. A safe in the room would also have been nice, as well as the ability to check out of the room on the TV

This is a hotel I will stay again. It’s very pretty new. Breakfast is decent.

The bathroom door didn't close all the way, Towels were small. Beds were comfortable. There was no hairdryer in the room. There should be TV list of the channels. It was hard to figure out where the main networks were. Good location. Just a mile to the beach. It is also in the middle of the Tanger Outlets and there were several restaurants near by.

The tub was dirty, there were no towels in our room upon arrival, the rooms a/c was super noisy, and front desk manager was rude. He was also left alone to work the front desk, phones, and put out breakfast , that was terrible.

Our room was very clean. There was a nice, clean pool and decent breakfast spread. Plenty of parking and just steps away from shops and entertainment venues. Will definitely stay here again.

The facility location was good; the pool was well maintained with plenty of furniture.

I didn’t not like the fact that they do not make beds nor do they even straighten up beds if you stay more than one day. I requested from the front desk that the beds be made up and we get fresh towels. We got fresh towels. Parking was easy. The staff was very good except for the front desk he was a little busy when we checked it. But you could see he would get annoyed when you asked him to do something. Breakfast was good enough for a quick stay sausage, pancakes, yogurt, cereal, bagels, English muffins, a couple muffins, etc. coffee, tea, orange juice, and a couple other juices.

There was absolutely no coffee available during the continental breakfast; when we went to make coffee in our room, we realized there were no condiments (creamer, sugar, etc.) Also, there were no towels or washcloths and I had to go ask the manager in the lobby! In addition, our floor and sofa were dirty as if the room had never been cleaned. The hotel itself was fine...it's the staff and service, or lack thereof, that cause me to give this hotel the lowest rating possible. Felt like I wanted a refund.
