It was clean and nice.

He also argued with my aunt for the second room. The next morning when we all came to breakfast he started to say good morning looked up and then stopped he saw us and decided to be rude to us again. He ignored us completely. Im sorry but he is not an asset to this company and he is rude and disrespectful. I hope you deal with his rudeness cause you lost this group because of him. He needs to be fired forsure. I work in a mariott and if we acted like that we would be go e or completley retrained. We also complained about the pool being green and they said someone would get back to us and noone did. Are check in was 3 p. And we did not get in untill after 4 pm. And when we checkied in the room 119 the floors had clumps of mud and was so dirty it made our sockes black was never mopped. I should request a refund cause it was that bad.

Family friendly.......one day, cleaning crew did not leave another bathmat, or washcloths, but we had enough towels anyway, so not a big deal. Next day was updated. The front desk had a bin of extras, too

Our car was vandalized in the parking lot but the property and Rapid City police department couldn’t work together to review security camera footage to prove that, but it added and extra $500 to our stay to have things fixed so we could get home! I spoke with the property multiple times and no one wanted to give any kind of compensation. I would not recommend staying here as there is a shady neighborhood that is on the backside of the property which is where we had our car parked and believe it was vandalized.
