The staff was very helpful, friendly, and knew places to visit and eat

Excellent place to stay. The breakfast and evening meal was very good. The staff were exceptional. I would definitely stay here again, and recommend to others.

Room was clean and updated. Carpet in room has a lot of waves/coming up; which wasn’t great. The bedding for the pullout sold bed looked like it might not have been washed. Breakfast was good!

Our second time there. Perfect suites for the two of us plus our lab and golden retriever. The only noticeable issue was carpet pulling up from hallway and stairs, and flooring in our bathroom starting to buckle.

The space and the cleanliness.

Our room was clean. We had maid service every day. We loved the morning breakfast. One wish would starting the breakfast at 6 instead of 6:30, because my husband is an early riser.

We loved the happy hour/breakfast staff. They were incredibly kind, thoughtful and did a wonderful job. ******* Negative parts: We had bugs in our room both dead and living. When mentioned to the desk, we were asked if we had pictures which we did and were shown. The response then was on, sorry. We went to the desk at one time during the morning of our checkout and the young lady cared more about taking a sip of her coffee than helping us. We also (prior to discovering the bug issue), went online and booked a second night and received a a phone call about an hour and a half later with a message that said that they were booked and have been, they dont have a room for us, they dont know how this happened and will call the third part booking app to talk to them. I called later after receiving the message and spoke to someone and they had to call the hotel who hadn't called in (hours later) and then daid they were on the phone then calling.

The room was very spacious. Everything is modern and very clean. The facilities really are exceptional. Staff went out of their way to help. Nothing. It was really a great stay.
