As much as you may we liked this vintage hotel, guests should be aware that elevator is old fashion, very tiny and has 2 gates inside, plus as soon you walk in the front desk there is a small ramp of stairs. On ground floor the elevator gate opens itself, but on 4th floor , where we had room, this has to be held ( and you need some muscles) otherwise you can loose a finger or something else since it slams aggressively after you let it go. It was unsafe and very scary. the hotel doesn't have any cart or neither provide help to bring luggages to the room. We loved the style of the hotel, cleaning etc but not having ramp to troll luggage and not have a decent elevator was definetly an inconvenient.

Super cute place with a lot of style and great staff!

Also a plus, they have a little coffee counter in the lobby and the Barista made a great maple latte.

Clean room staff was friendly drink at cafe was delicious

The furniture and carpet in our room was horrible. We got a breakfast coupon that entitled us to one drink. That's it.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay. It’s eclectic and the staff is friendly and helpful. Our first room had some difficulties with the shower and remote control…small things. It’s in a great location and the theme is fun, as is the karaoke. My biggest complaint - please put some hooks in your bathrooms! There is no place to hang anything.

Cute little boutique hotel conveniently located within walking distance of college hill and the train station. Nothing fancy, no frills but it was clean and I felt safe. I would stay again

Cool elevator here but small if you have a big bag!!

great

It’s good for a short stay and the location is great. Room floor is carpeted and bathroom tiles are black which I didn’t like.
-
Small elevator - top floor you have to take stairs. Great location. Cool vibe. Great location. No fridge in room

I stayed at Neptune Hotel in Providence for one night and enjoyed my experience. The boutique hotel was small but clean, quiet, and had all the basic necessities we needed. I especially liked the ambiance, and the complimentary beverage upon arrival was a nice touch. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Room was small but it was nice! Good location!

This hotel is really poor and doesn’t live up to the Ash Hotels name. Our room was right above the karaoke bar which is not soundproofed at all, both nights we were kept awake by singing, whooping, and shouting until late. The room itself is poorly designed with furniture that seems designed to hit your ankles on, no long mirror, bad lighting, tiny shower that let water out into the whole bathroom. Our room was not cleaned despite us staying 2 nights. The hot water did not work, had to have cold showers. Room decor is dingy and dark. Some of the staff was moody and not overly welcoming. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

Room was quaint and quiet. Really no amenities to speak of. No water or coffee in lounge (cafe opened late). $42 for on site but parking with unhelpful options from front staff.
-
Weird choice of furniture for the room and the shower had a bizarre design

Bars closed most days, no breakfast, rooms are tiny and air-conditioning is noisy. Moved rooms 3 times. No cupboards, wardrobes or chest of drawers in any of the rooms. Staff are untrained, all are teenagers with no clue. Every time i asjed for the car park moneyboff voucher they looked at me clueless. I had to point which pile the forms were in. Bathroom windows face opposite rooms bedrooms so they can look right in on you whilst you're sat on the toilet. Absolute dive of a hotel. I wish I could have changed hotels. Other than that, great!

Rooms were smaller than I expected, and there was no refrigerator.
-
It was a very basic clean hotel. I was a bit surprised to see bunk beds in the room. I was convenient to the convention center. If you want a place just to sleep it is a good pick.

The reception desk agent Isaiah was perfect for the two nights I was there he saw to it that I had everything I needed. He was highly engaging and uber professional.
