Holiday Inn Express & Suites Pittsburgh North Shore by IHG

this hotel was by far the worst experience I have had in many years. Check-in process and parking was awful. My room had someone already in it. And when I went back to the front desk to get a new room, the wait time for a new room was exceedingly long. I will never stay at this hotel again and I will be requesting a full refund.

Great!

Absolutely an amazing location if you are doing anything at the baseball stadium. It was very pricey, especially for a Holiday Inn. However, we absolutely could not beat the convenience of less than 10 minute walk from our stadium seat back to our bed after a concert.

It was fine and met my needs for a 1 night stay.

Our concern was that there were no shelves to store our clothes in the closet and the blind did not work properly. We left it down after first day. The maintenance tech was very nice, but the only way to fix the blind, in my opinion, was to replace it.

I very nice low-cost option when the Bucs are not in town. A bit out of the way, but easy to drive everywhere. Very helpful staff.

If you are going for a pirates game, it is the perfect place. The staff was a little odd, but very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good and plentiful. The rooms aren’t big, but worked perfectly for me.

The proximity to the venue was great. However, the location was also the downside since it was next to the highway and the room was very loud even at night.

Just a horrible experience deom the word GO!!

AC was great, breakfast was good, the room was very clean.

Excellent cinnamon rolls among the breakfast delights! We will definitely stay here again.

Great access to PNC ball park - a block away? Getting here on game day can be an issue with streets closed down, and parking is a little confusing, but accessible and convenient once you are there. The breakfast was great, and we enjoyed the hotel.

Water fountains not working. Treadmill in the workout facility out of order and water in the workout room was empty. However breakfast buffet was really good

Pretty noisy near the highway might want to bring ear plugs. Bring an eye mask because the smoke detector blinks bright all night long.
