Fantastic hotel. The staff is great, there is always someone cleaning. You can walk around at 3 AM and someone is cleaning the floors,pool, park lot. The breakfast was great and the servers Donna, Diona and Steve worked hard; solid 5 stars to them. The pool is fantastic and the actors playing pirates and mermaids made sure all the kids (and adults) had a great experience. I can’t put into words how nice, clean, friendly this hotel is. Excellent stay. We will always come back when in Panama Beach.

The location was absolutely beautiful. Stepped out right onto the beach, which was really wonderful! The hotel rooms are in need of a serious update. The bathrooms are very old, and the clothing storage spaces are very generic. Part of running a business is putting the money back into the product and keeping it updated. The pictures and lighting on the walls are nice, and full-size refrigerator was a good add, but the rest is in need of a serious upgrade, especially for the nightly rate.

The pool and hot tub The elevators were slow or didn’t work and smelled funny. Also the mermaid pirate thing was kinda cheesy and the movie outside is ok but you can’t hardly see it due to all the lights

.nothing It should be called "the roach motel" it was dirty and roach infested. We left after one night. Still waiting to be reimbursed for the 4 nights I paid for

The bathroom had baby roaches. the entrances were covered in ants. the door locks didn’t work… but great distance to the beach. Great views and a cool pool area but we won’t be back
