The hotel was beautiful! The ocean was so close and amazing! The staff was amazing especially Carol the bartender! She was so helpful and cheery! We loved talking to her. The room was amazing! If I had to complain at all, it would be the elevators. It wasn’t too bad. We found our new destination here. We will for sure come back!! I can’t say enough good things about this place!! Thank you for everything! Also, they let us have our luggage stay there after checkout. We will miss it here!!!

Everything was awesome. Only complaint was that the room we stayed in could have used some new paint. Walls looked a little beat up and dirty.

But we don’t like that elevator was really slow, and always need to wait for it. Also it’s not free parking there, and fee for renting chairs pretty expensive.

We were here in 2025 and came this year, and planing to come in 2027 ! My only concern this year was Security. All gates with lock code were open for anybody to enter the facility

I loved that they clean the inside of their elevators and I love that when you check in early and after u check out you can stay all day and still use the amenities. Very clean place!!

The pool and location are fabulous the staff was excellent and very clean The elevators where so slow it was the only thing they keeps me from being a perfectv10 but they were so slow

40 min wait for the check in. Room not ready for 3 hours. OK at least we got some decent compensation. Room looked like 30 years old but is only 7. Almost unbelievable. Perfect beach location on one of the worlds most beautiful beaches. Great, mostly covered parking garage but $20 plus tax per day. Wow. Terrible balcony design. Very loud with 10x echoing. Breakfast with very limited choice and even more limited quality. Starbucks coffee with snacks, ice cream and bar are nice amenities but closing everything already at 6pm is a joke. Beds are OK. Rooms pretty quiet. Also curtains closing nicely so we cold sleep till 9 or 10 but nope - breakfast closing at 9am. Kidding me? Isn't that supposed to be a vacation hotel? 2 free water per each room maid visit. Was told it would be every 2 days but we still haven't been on the maid's list on day 2. So be prepared to be your own room maid. Won't come back as long as hotel under same management.

My only note would be at prime checkin time you should have 3 people there checking people in, I waited almost an hour to checkin and the 3ed computer had no one on it the whole time. My only actual complaint is the elevators, the wait time is insane and then half the time when one comes to your floor its already full, and the middle elevator was on and off broken the entire week, a few guest i talked to that were regulars said the same elevator has been down the last couple years they came. Im not sure if it was being used as a staff elevator or actually broken but this lead to us almost exclusively using the stairs, which for us on floor 5 wasnt a huge deal, but floor 14 wouldn't really have that option.

Not my best stay at this SpringHill hotel, room a/c was not working and they switched us to another room at 9:30pm, second room was not fully ready we found hairs in night tables and bathtub, had to request soap and finally I had to go to the lobby to get it myself, but the place is really beautiful with private access to the beach. Again not my best stay at this hotel :( (they should fire the bartender in the pool, really rude attitude towards several customer every time I went to buy drinks)

Everything. It’s absolutely beautiful. The parking was a little rough with such a large vehicle but it wasn’t terrible.
