At one point, this must have been a beautiful location. However, it was dated, a bit worn, and needed some love. Paint was peeling, and the pool had a strong chlorine smell, which deterred us from getting in. The beach was beautiful.

We came to the hotel kinda late already, the front desk person kinda rude when she speak, not even smiling, i even mention what can i get from being silver member thru expedia or any discount voucher and she answer me with STRONG NO. I ask the bell man if we can just borrow the cart since my husband doesnt like someone to bring our things in the room but the bell man keep insisting we cannot this is our job and you cannot borrow the cart, i didnt answer anymore because i already had enough with the front desk. When we get in the room the room looks good looks clean but once we start removing our shoes you can feel the sands on the floor, since its late so i said lets just ask the house keeping to sweep the floor tomorrow morning. The following morning we went swim in the pool. The pool was good, warm enough to swim, then we went out to explore. We came back to room so late around 1 or 2am, we all tired and ready to sleep then me and my daughter saw a mice running from living room to refrigator, i was shock and starting to jump, since its so late and its our last night i said to my husband its ok i will just tell tomorrow, i dont wanna move to other room and i dont think they will move us anyway. By the way we only stay here over the weekend, the place is nice is maybe i just encounter some bad things or bad person i guess?? And yes i will give it a try again in the future

Only drawback was arcade area. We had young children with us and most of the machines were not working which was a disappointment.

The rooms were so clean, they smelled fresh! Staff was amazing, they were always friendly and happy to help. They moved so fast with everything and made my stay feel perfect and peaceful. Rooms are damn near sound proof! A balcony/beach view is a must! And the coffee baristas knew exactly how to make my coffee!

I liked everything ,especially the room. The only little drawback was that the place was packed. People checking in and out all day long. And the chair rentals on the beach outside of the hotel were ridiculously expensive. But that’s not a part of the hotel run. But I needed to mention…too many little kids running around screaming lol.

The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. The main area that could use some updating is the pool and its surrounding area. It would also be great to see more activities and entertainment options for young children. Overall, the resort oceanfront view is beautiful, and we had a wonderful experience. We would definitely stay here again!

beautiful hotel. Peaceful. Very accessible. Cleaning was done well only place that lacked Maintance was the pool bathrooms. Besides that very nice property!

Clean room. Friendly staff. Kitchen was equipped. Pool was spacious and warm water was nice to feel.

the hotel was amazing. the rooms are clean and suitable for short and long term stay. the staff were friendly and helpful. the only complaints were would be the pool being rather small for the size of the hotel and boring considering there are no slides. lastly, the hotel only has 2 washers and dryers. with it being as big and busy as it is, that was a huge disappointment. otherwise the food was great. the location was great. beach accessibility was great

The WiFi was terrible!!! This is 2026, terrible. Had 2 televisions in the room, only one worked. Stayed 3 days, they made our beds only one day, didn’t take the trash, didn’t fill the coffee container, grandkids couldn’t use there electronics, not that it’s a bad thing but still should have the option to use them. I stayed there last year, thought it was better.

It was a very convenient location!!

ALL towels and linen were stained. Floors were filthy. Staff was very friendly. Views were beautiful. Relaxing atmosphere.

A few suggestions that would make the suites even better for beach-going families: A broom, Swiffer or small vacuum in every suite would be a huge help. Even being careful with our beach gear, sand inevitably made its way throughout the room, bathroom, balcony and eventually the beds. A quick daily sweep would make a big difference. A small bottle of dish soap at the kitchen sink would also be appreciated. We frequently ran out of clean utensils but didn't always have enough dishes to justify running the dishwasher. Being able to hand-wash a few things would be much more convenient. A simple instruction card for the induction cooktop would be very helpful. I found it surprisingly difficult to operate and ultimately had to use ChatGPT to figure it out. A few minor things: coffee/tea supplies were somewhat limited, the TVs were a little complicated to operate (especially the bedroom TV), and our alarm clock wasn't functional. Overall, though, we had a wonderful family stay and would happily return. The beautiful beach access, comfortable suites, friendly staff and fun atmosphere made for a great vacation!

Spacious fully furnished suites! Superb ocean view 💙. Close to everything! Great pool as well.

Did not like: - you have to jump through hoops to get to the elevator that takes you up to the condos.. there is only one and it ended up going out of service for a bit on the first day of our stay - upon arrival, there were dirty undergarments left from the previous guests out front of the door. - the floors in the condo were FILTHY. If we were the only guests in that room who complained about the floors I truly don’t know how. Within an hour of me walking around the condo my feet were black. Housekeeping locks up chemicals for night shift for some reason so we weren’t able to be accommodated until the next day. That was a process too but was resolved. -pictures advertise as if the king bed would be in the room facing the ocean… nope 😅 king bed was squeezed into a tiny room facing the hallway. Things we liked: -the view -being extremely close to the beach -the indoor pool - Starbucks coffee right downstairs - most of the staff is very kind, most memorable was Anya at the front desk. Would we stay here again? Probably not but I was very appreciative of how staff tried to make it right.

Very nice place to stay. It is very convenient with having the enclosed pool with children and access to the beach. We loved having a living room area and kitchen available to us.
