Kokomo is a steady location when visiting OCMD. The rooms are clean and staff are friendly. The pool is a wonderful amenity and there is usually plenty of parking for all guests. I do not love the full size beds, but are ok in a pinch. My biggest complaint is that there isn't an ice machine available to guests. You can ask the desk for some, but it isnt very convenient to go all the way there, especially when on the third floor.

It was 6 of us in the room and there were only 5 pillows, 3 plates, and not enough blankets, which we got some more blankets the next day but the staff shared that there were no more pillows. Staff were friendly and the room was clean.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our room was spacious and clean. The pool was large and clean. Staff were kind and helpful. The hotel has a diner that is open late and welcomes kids. Late night dining with kids can be a challenge in OC at times. We loved that they let us in our room and early and even earlier than that they let us park and gave us pool access. Location is great. We were able to do a late checkout for a small fee ($15).This hotel does have some very steep stairs and can be a little confusing to navigate. There is no elevators so if you have any mobility issues let them know at booking. Property is older but many areas updated. Lots of light and some noise from Coastal HWY so if you are sensitive to those things come prepared with eye mask and ear plugs.

Very nice place with a great location. The only downside is that there is no elevator, which can be difficult if you have heavy luggage. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

The only main complaint that I have is that when my husband wanted to relax and watch sports on tv, the channels were freezing. We couldn't get any good channels to work.

The hotel was okay. There is a diner attached the the property which is nice for a quick breakfast in the morning, the walk to the beach is very close, there’s a good amount of parking and the pool is big. Every room has a balcony, and they all face the pool. Overall though, the building is old… the air conditioners leak big puddles all over the corridors, the staircase up to the second floor was sooooo steep and difficult to walk up (especially the one closest to the diner!). I wouldn’t describe the room as bad, but the shower has no shelf to set soap or shampoo on, the door to the balcony had no lock and also had a hole at the bottom allowing light and the occasional fly to come through, our deadbolt lock on the front door did not work, the pillowcases were so thin you could see the tags through them… the hotel didn’t have ice buckets or ice machines. At one point when we were in the lobby another guest asked for extra blankets and pillows and the front desk staff said they did not have any, which I thought was unusual. Overall it was just okay. Not the worst but certainly not the best either.

Had to have keys to my room programmed about 5 times. Mouse turd in pull out bed and trash under pull out couch. Had to move rooms thankfully they had another room. People smoking cigarettes at the stairwell.pool was good. Employees there were nice and helpful.

Decent hotel for the price. Good location , close to a couple restaurants and short walk to beach. We were on the 3rd floor, no elevator.

After we got extorted for $25 to check in early. The wifi was non existent (they "have" it but it disconnects constantly), the tv "cable" every 5 to 10mns would freeze for 10 seconds to 3 minutes. It was noisy due to terrible doors that expanded and contracted from humidity. Beds were slightly uncomfortable. We disinfected the place which we never do but it was very grody. Someone had a trap party for about 2 hours before I guess they told them to turn down or off the music . Pool was cool I guess but you can't rinse the sand off first because the (small) drain was clogged with said sand. Not sure this place expects repeat business.

Went with my family of 6 recently and had a good time. Will be staying here again in the future. The kitchen has pots, dinnerware, silverware, dish soap, etc. everything you need. I went prepared though because I didn’t know.

The pillows are very small & each double bed should have 4. Our stay was for 5 people but we were only given 1 pillow and 1 sheet (no blanket). The A/C did not cool well We really loved the room (only comllaint is the bathroom was super small). We loved the location & would come back
