Ashore Oceanfront Hotel by Marriott

Staff was friendly, room was clean and spacious but had very little electric outlets with minimal usb ports. Beach was very close and food was good.

The only complaint we had was the slow service at the restaurant/bar area by the pool. I waited about 10 minutes without being greeted or helped. 3 staff members behind the bar. During that time, other guests came up to the bar and were helped before me, and it seemed like there wasn’t a clear system for keeping track of who was next. After waiting about 15 minutes, I eventually walked away without being served. Aside from that experience, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back.

Very nice stay. Food was amazing. Great view of the ocean.

Everything was excellent from the staff, to the access to the beach. Ashor is a definite recommended stay.

Hotels in general should allow for earlier check in, 4pm check in is so late.

Excellent room. Restaurants and beach staff were superb. Food was exceptional. Some difficulty communicating with cleaning staff; language barrier.

Clean hotel, super easy parking, free umbrella and beach chairs. Friendly staff. We'll be back!

Only two cons: the bed wasn’t very comfortable and there wasn’t a full length mirror in the room. Otherwise, an overall excellent experience. We look forward to visiting again next year.

Beautiful beach Service on the beach was ideal. Beach bar food and drinks were delishious. Very friendly staff. Rooms were clean. AC was sufficient. Enjoyed our stay. Will definitely be returning. Highly recommend

Restaurant Staff and room was terrible

That it was right on the beach and the ambiance of the tide room and restaurant facing the ocean, breakfast was good, bar, live music, parking validation from the restaurant, extra bathrooms outside of to room Expensive per night for Rooms not facing the ocean with no free parking and no complimentary breakfast, view from the window was terrible, floors were dirty, small swimming pool area, too crowded, being evacuated early in the morning due to fire alarm and no compensation for the disturbance

View sucked out loud, paid for ocean view there really is no ocean view full on. Got a room that had adjoining door, neighbors were loud so asked for another room. Even worse view but larger Suiteview of the framing roof. Very disappointed

It was a great hotel to go with family and our dog! So close to assateague island

A great stay with one of the best balcony/bar restaurant on the beach. The beach access was easy to get to and they provided towels and chairs/umbrellas for guests. Our room was comfortable and the little balcony was great to see the beach from. Great stay.

The only downside was the parking situation. The spaces are limited and expensive daily fees

I recommend this hotel; the staff is very friendly, it has a sea view, and the breakfast is delicious.
